Change the tactics not the strategy (IM#145)

Strategy is the moral and the main value of the game we are playing. It is the foundation of ourselves and our organization's commitment.

Tactics, on the other hand, is the technique we use to meet our commitment and promise.

Changing strategy leads us to new game. So if our goal is to remain in the same game then we got to change the tactics. We got to use new one, time and again.

We got to watch for the result from the old tactics and analyze it then find when to change it. Our goal here is to play the game we choose to play unshakably and for that we got to remain in the game.

We got to persist the resistance to change. Our persistence will finally shatter the defiance.

The rules of the game (IM#144)

To be a better player in the game we're about to play, first, we must know the rules of the game. Second, we've to play it efficiently and differently than any other players.

To be more efficient and unique following rules work as footstep:

  1. The game has to make sense: An illogical game will die before it ever exists. It should be logical followed by emotional commitment.
  2. Change the tactics of the game from time to time: Strategy should remain the same but the tactics must be updated time and again. The goal here is to anticipate the end before anyone else does.
  3. Never create a game for others that you're unwilling to play : People do what we do. They just follow others. If you are the responsible person then your action is admired. Also, if we don't follow our own rules of the game how can we expect other to follow ours?
  4. Never expect the game to be self sustaining: Nothing is sustainable. And in business dictionary, there is no word called- self-sustainable. Our business and organization keeps growing till we put tremendous amount of work.
  5. The game need to be fun from time to time: Even though, the game I'm talking about is a serious thing, there won't be same amount of enthusiasm if the game has no fun.

Our inner self (IM#143)

The work we do is often a reflection of who we are inside. If we are careless in our actions, there is usually some carelessness within us. If we are late in everything, there is often disorder within us. If we are bored by everything, there may be emptiness or restlessness within us. What appears on the outside is rarely separate from what is happening within.

It is easy to blame circumstances, other people, or the environment for the way we perform. But many of our external results are shaped by our internal condition—our discipline, our attention, our attitude, and our standards. The outer life is often a mirror. The quality of our work, speech, habits, and responses reveals something about the quality of our inner world.

That is why the deeper task is not only to fix appearances, but to improve the self that produces them. The most ordinary work can become meaningful when it is done with care, seriousness, and presence. In the same way, even a great opportunity can be wasted by a disordered mind. The problem is not always the world around us. Very often, it begins within us.

If we want to change what shows up in our life, we must also examine what is happening inside. How we work is a reflection of how we are. To improve the outer life, we must refine the inner self first.

The solution to the problem? (IM#142)

We often seek solutions for the problem, but we are not too clear of the problem.

What problem are you solving? for who? What is the cause of it? What effect is it creating? What are the solutions you think about? What makes your solutions effective?

If we are the responsible person for solving the problems then all this things should be considered before deciding the solutions. There might not be the perfect solutions to all the problems but there certainly will be the decisions to make that will pacify the adversity we encounter.

What after finding the principles? (IM#141)

Once you have identified your principles and core values, the most critical work begins. Discovery is only the first step; the true challenge lies in execution. These principles must do more than exist as abstract ideas; they must actively guide the way you make every decision, especially when those decisions are difficult.

Living by these rules requires a total shift in your self-governance. They should become your default operating system for navigating the world. When you choose to walk by these self-imposed laws, your work ceases to be a series of random tasks and begins to reflect a deeper structure.

Consistency is what transforms effort into excellence. When your actions are consistently aligned with your principles, your work becomes something to behold. It gains a quality of permanence that leaves a lasting mark on the world. This is the essence of true discipline: the commitment to follow your code until it becomes your way of life.

Playing unorthodox (IM#140)

To win big in the game whether it is life, business or career, we can't play by the old traditional rules or the rules played by market and business leaders, that's their game.

We have to think differently. We have to improve our weakness and avoid the infection. We have to be used to go against the popular belief because most people believe that whats popular is whats best and they copy everybody else. This strategy won't work out.

We have to invert the status quo and become the master of asymmetric warfare.

Strategic objective (IM#139)

It is one of the most important thing to considered when we start something meaningful.

It is basically the very clear statement of what our ideas and startup has to be to achieve our primary goal.

It is the product of our life plan and it should be implemented to obtain the optimum and positive result. It should be powerful and should meet our core values.

We should always start by figuring out our strategic objective towards any thing because it's worth it.

Start trading...(IM#138)

Trading for happy life is very painful and bitter, but it is necessary. We got to trade most of our important time for something valuable, productive and meaningful.

We got to trade night outs and chills for knowledge and experience seeking.

We got to trade parties for intimate gathering where we find and discuss about real life problems and their solutions.

We got to trade chasing money for chasing true purpose and passion.

We got to trade our busyness with being productive.

We got to trade our selfishness for self-respect and humbleness.

We got to trade our malevolence with self-healing and love.

We got to trade our living for others with living with Self and for our Self.

In real life, we are our merchant, we are our vendors and we are the consumer.

Our primary aim (IM#137)

What's our primary aim?

It is the most important question that should be answered way before we start something.

Our primary aim is the vision necessary to bring our plans and ideas to life. It provides us the energy to focus on the vision. It provides us the meaning and true purpose of living.

Until and unless we figure out our true purpose we will have an imbalance life.

We are blessed (IM#136)

We all are blessed with options. It does not matter what options we follow because we have got lots of time to change if it doesn't work.

But the tough part is - we looks for shortcuts. Our actions seek shortcuts. Our words scream for shortcuts. Our plans are shortcuts. This is the reason why we all struggle and don't get what we want.

What we all need to be aware about is that life has no shortcuts; it's only a myth. But the point here is we don't have to worry about this hard truth because we are blessed. We are blessed with lots of options. We could try and experiment different techniques and then decide the best fit for us.
