Keep moving... (IM#115)

Life becomes more meaningful when we don't keep ourselves stuck on one thing. We must flow with the time.

The realistic are the person who keeps moving, learning and progressing. Somebody said it beautifully-" The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails. "

When we keep moving there is nothing but always the positive outcome. No matter when the things become scary or even impossible, we got to assemble courage and patience and keep moving...

"Life is like a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving."

Encouraging failure (IM#114)

I came up with the story of Sara Blakely the other day. She is the world's youngest self-made billionaire and the founder of Spanx. In 2012 Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people in the world.

She shared that the most important secrets of her success were her parents. Her father always encouraged her to "fail"!! Around the table he would ask if she failed today, then he was truly excited if she had, because he knew she was on the path to success.

She insisted that this kind of behavior from her father took away her fear of trying. He cultured success mindset in her from the early age. This mindset led her and her company to grow to the worth of billion dollars.

We can learn a great lesson from her story. We can accept all the failures and shortcomings and still be okay. We can develop different kind of mindsets to truly live our life.

Don't be intimidated by what you don't know. That can be your greatest strength and ensure that you do things differently from everyone else.

Problems and opportunity (IM#113)

Problems are always present, but so is opportunity. What matters most is the choice we make in response.

Problems and opportunities are closely related. When the mind recognizes discomfort in a situation, it quickly labels that discomfort as a problem. And once it is labeled that way, we begin to carry it as one.

But in hindsight, when we stay with the discomfort instead of running from it, the same problem can begin to look different. What once felt like an obstacle may turn out to be a place where strength, clarity, or growth was being formed.

When we become more comfortable being uncomfortable, we stop treating every difficulty as proof that something is wrong. Some problems are real, but some are also opportunities waiting for a stronger response.

We know everything (IM#112)

We know that we got to change the way we think to change the way we live, yet we emphasize on the negative thoughts.

We know that the suggestions we get from others might not apply to us, but we believe them so easily. Mostly, when that person is of high authority.

We all know that to become extraordinary we must cease all the average works, yet we spend must of our time on Netflix, Facebook and Tinder like an average person.

We all know we got to develop a new habit to refine our life, yet we don't give consistency. We consistently undermine consistency.

We all know our past problem does not define us, yet we get depressed because of the failures and the losses we had last month. Also, we know our present condition is just the shadow of our potential and our optimum limit, yet we bury our big visions before it is born based on the present condition.

We knew everything....but we lack driving force for action.

We know self-awareness is the key, yet we lack it...

We don't get paid for time (IM#111)

In reality, we don't get paid for time. We're get paid for building and creating value. If we're get paid for time then it's always short-term. In a long run, those who create value are get paid.

But here is the thing, it takes time for creating value. Most of all, we are not get paid for that time, we get paid for value.

So the important question that arise is - How to become more valuable?

The answer is simple yet requires lots of work. We got to:

learn to work harder on ourselves than on our jobs.

stop wishing for thing to get easier and start wishing ourselves to be better.

become more to get more.

Life is not a competition(IM#110)

Life is not a competition. It doesn't matter where we stand; all that matters is our personal journey. The only way to fully live our life is to focus on the path in front of us. Look ahead, establish our own pace.

Most of all we've to keep moving forward because as Bob Marley insisted, "The day you stop racing is the day you win the race."

Stop dwelling and complaining,

Don't say you can't,

Never settle for less. Instead make the most important decision now. Know where we are going; make a clear and concrete plan/vision and execute. Efforts with effective execution is what make life meaningful.

"If you don't know where are you going, every road will get you nowhere."

Henry Kissinger

Determination, courage and faith (IM#109)

We need determination to keep moving. We need courage to face difficulty. We need faith to keep believing in the unseen result.

These are not ornamental virtues. They are some of the most important strengths we should possess in life, because many worthwhile things do not come quickly or easily.

Without determination, we stop. Without courage, we retreat. Without faith, we give up before the work has time to bear fruit.

Is it true? (IM#109)

Is it true that the greatest fear of must of us is not that we aim too high and we can't reach it but we aim too low and we can reach it?

Is it true that we are not afraid of losing but afraid of protecting our loss?

Is it true that we aren't happy because of real happiness but to protect our self-esteem?

It's time to take a pause and think about it because it a bold action.

An unuttered truth (IM#108)

Most of us live by beliefs we did not consciously choose. We inherit ideas from family, culture, teachers, religion, social norms, and admired people, and then slowly begin to treat those ideas as if they were our own. What begins as influence becomes assumption. What is repeated long enough begins to feel like truth.

The difficulty is that other people’s beliefs are shaped by their own experiences, needs, fears, and circumstances. What worked for them may not work for us. What they call wisdom may only be perspective. Yet we often absorb their conclusions without examining whether those conclusions actually fit the structure of our own lives.

This happens with almost everything. One person says money does not matter. Another says money is everything. One person says stability is success. Another says risk is freedom. We hear both, and often believe both, depending on who speaks more confidently. But borrowed conviction is not clarity. It is dependence disguised as certainty.

The deeper problem is not that advice exists, but that untested advice can quietly replace self-examination. When we live by beliefs we have not earned through reflection or experience, we create tension between inherited truth and lived reality. Then, when the belief fails us, we may call ourselves confused or weak, when in fact the real issue is that we were carrying someone else’s map.

The way out is not arrogance or total rejection of guidance. It is careful testing. We must examine what we have accepted, ask where it came from, and see whether it holds up in contact with reality. Not every inherited belief is false. But until a belief is examined, it is not fully ours. That is the unuttered truth: much of what we defend most strongly may never have been consciously chosen at all.

Breakthrough and Transformation (IM#107)

Breakthrough is the moment when you overcome adversity. It is the point where the impossible begins to look possible.

Transformation, on the other hand, is the complete renovation of our physical, emotional, and psychological being. A breakthrough can happen in a moment, but transformation takes longer. It is what happens when that breakthrough begins to change the way we live.

Breakthrough is often triggered by frustration, stress, and pain. Transformation is the result that follows from that breakthrough. If we truly want to transform our lives, then breakthrough is crucial. But we must also take action to make that change last.
