Problems and opportunity (IM#113)

Problems are always present, but so is opportunity. What matters most is the choice we make in response.

Problems and opportunities are closely related. When the mind recognizes discomfort in a situation, it quickly labels that discomfort as a problem. And once it is labeled that way, we begin to carry it as one.

But in hindsight, when we stay with the discomfort instead of running from it, the same problem can begin to look different. What once felt like an obstacle may turn out to be a place where strength, clarity, or growth was being formed.

When we become more comfortable being uncomfortable, we stop treating every difficulty as proof that something is wrong. Some problems are real, but some are also opportunities waiting for a stronger response.
