The Magic of long Game(IM#15)

Somebody said- "It's better to lose a battle and win a war than to win a battle and and lose a war." What they mean is life is a game of long run. Whatever we are facing today is not the end; it is just the beginning. The rejection we are facing, the anxieties we are dealing and the failure we are encountering now is just the part of game.

We spend our time fighting with each other instead of fighting for the things that really matter, for the shake of happiness and pleasure, not realizing that it is just short term. We end up focusing on current things while something more crucial shrinks on background.

Focusing on short-term game can make people happy but they are not fulfilled. Everybody sounds tough and they sounds like they have figured it out. But the reality is there is very little toughness and most people have not figured it out.

The reason behind the people focusing on short-term happiness is because we are born in the world of instant gratification. We want to buy some thing? go to Amazon, it arrives the next day. We want to watch movie, log in to Netflix or YouTube. Everything we want we get instantaneously except the things that truly matter in our real life ( like job satisfaction, relationship, fulfillment, peace of mind), there is no app for this.Long game is slow, tough, riddling- but the end is always in favor of us.

To become aware of the things that we want for short-term vs long-term is difficult for all of us. But the most fascinating thing is the more we invest on long-term, the more we will win the game. Henry David Thoreau said it beautifully- "In the long run, you hit only what you aim for.”

Minding Our Mind (IM#14)

Mind is the state of constant thinking. Minding our mind simply means taking control over our mind. Whatever we think, we create the thoughts, which creates words. These words are the building blocks of our life; in fact, they shape our life.

Inner peace is the state attained when we take control over our mind because it (inner peace) depends on inner state, and our mind becomes tranquil and outer peace finally follows.

Minding our minds shape our life and nourishes us to live happy, prosperous, fulfilling and peaceful life. What more do we need?

Finally, when we start taking control over our mind, life start to happen from us not to us- we start creating something purposeful, something fulfilling, something meaningful and valuable. But, it leaves us with choice.

It sounds simple and easy, but it's not.....

The Value of Suffering (IM#13)

What determines our success is not what do we want to enjoy. The legitimate question is "what kind of pain we want to suffer?" This question can change our perspective of life and everything. It is what makes us, us; it is what defines us.

Suffering is what pushes us to be innovative  and successful. Suffering through fears is what allows us to build courage and confidence. Suffering of broke is what allows us to start up by our own. Suffering through anxieties is what allows us to enhance our perseverance skills and abilities. In any way it uplifts us...

It is inevitable. No matter what we suffer from something every time, whether it is money, relationship, fulfillment or peace.

And ways to overcome suffering...?

The only way to overcome suffering is to bear it...

Avoiding The Infection(IM#12)

Infectors  are recognized by the misfortune they create and leave when they arrive on your life. They are the one with unstable careers and makes your lose your own purpose.  The infector remains unchanged but you will remain mentally unbalanced. Avoid this infection of association.....

The infection of association is so dangerous that its too difficult to come out of you because emotions are too intense.

And the solutions?

Create association with positive ally. Do not embroil  your-self in trying to help them. Recognize fortune and choose to be the part of their company. Make this the rule of your life.

Little things are big things(IM#11)

1 little wins each day = 30 wins in each month = 365 wins in one year

The way we do one thing indicates the way we do everything. Every tiniest move is either uplifting our leadership, confidence or productivity or ruining them.

"One cannot do right in one area whilst he is occupied in doing wrong in another area. Life is one indivisible whole."

-Mahatma Gandhi

Every little things indicate the foundation for big things. Somebody said it beautifully: "To win a war, you must win many many battles." No matter what we do, whether it is crucial or trivial, we must be in the best version of ourselves as this move is the predicament for our future result.  Little things are big things.....

Innovative Mind#10: Everything is cause and effect

Everything starts with our thoughts. Thoughts creates words, words are the vehicle of ideas that drive us towards actions.

Watch our thoughts they become our words, watch our words they become our actions, watch our actions they become habits. Our habits become our character and our character is the blueprint of our destiny.

Everything is cause and effect.....but the inception is our thoughts.

Innovative Mind#9: Something has to be done

Most of us have two  lives: the life we live and the un-lived life within us. The life we live is the life full of uncertainty and unease. Un-lived life within us is the life we are aspiring to live one, is our maximum potential.

Something has to be done to awake the un-life within ourselves.

Self-awareness is an asset and the key to live that life that is in slumber in ourselves......

Innovative Mind#8: The blue sky of Rejection

Rejection makes our life better. We are defined by what we choose to reject. To gain something we have to be confined towards that thing leaving something unmarked. So, we must be honest and capable of rejecting anything that is not working and is not in alignment with ourselves.

The more option we get, the less satisfied we become with whatever we choose. Rejection improves our life in the case of being satisfied and fulfilled. Most importantly, rejection of things that doesn't align with our core values has become crucial for living a fulfilling life. If not.......? There is  no any option.

Innovative Mind#7: I was wrong about everything

I was always told that happiness is the end game. Every pains and suffering we face today will end. But as a matter of fact, it keeps enlarging. Later, I realized that these sufferings and heartbreaks weren't actually sufferings and heartbreaks; they were the rules of this game, they were the lesson to keep going.

I was always wrong about everything over and over again and that's why my life improves. I came to know that the greatest realization is we are always in the process of approaching perfect and happy without actually ever reaching that perfection and happy. Maybe it is because we are too much scared of end points as we fear that when we think we have conquered success or become happy, it will desert us. I was wrong about everything and now I'm accepting all my wrong perception and trying to become less wrong everyday.

Innovative Mind#6: Mistakes, Failures and solutions

Mistakes are constant in life. In fact, they can become some of life’s best lessons. They make us aware of our actions and show us where something went wrong, so that we can do better the next time.

Failures are part of the equation of life, but they are not the whole equation. They often reveal a mismatch between our process, our aim, and ourselves. Just because something is not working does not mean we are finished. It may simply mean that something needs to be rethought, adjusted, or rebuilt.

That is why failure should not always be treated as defeat. Sometimes it is feedback. Sometimes it is a sign that the approach, not the purpose, needs revision. We have to reverse-engineer the process, learn from what happened, and give it another honest try.

Solutions are not found in the avoidance of mistakes and failures. They are found in the acceptance and active acknowledgment of them. Everything worthwhile in life asks us to face difficulty, learn from it, and move through it with more clarity than before.
