An Important Self-lesson. (IM#36)

You can't experience a new life remaining in the same comfort zone. How willing you are to step outside of comfort zone determines your outcome.

How comfortable you are to take uncomfortable actions determines your tomorrow. You must be scared of your courage and the action you take. Because when it comes to changing life, if you are not afraid of your action, you aren't in the proper track. You may be doing something wrong.

Try by reverse-engineering yourself....

Opportunity Is In The Eye Of Beholder. (IM#35)

The consequences of any action whether it is good or terrible is an opportunity for improvement and next action. Every situation has its loopholes and that loopholes are the opportunity to be taken.

Situations build walls to keep us out; we will find more walls within walls if move away from it. What we are supposed to do is seek doors within these walls. These walls has tiny holes and we have to peer through this tiny holes and find the key that opens the door- the door of opportunity to make an impact so the we can have access to it.

Every situations brings an opportunity with itself. It depends upon the eye of beholder to find it.

A letter from 2028. (IM#34)

Dear Me (in 2018),

I’m writing to you from 2028 not to impress you, not to prove anything, but to remind you of a truth you already know and keep forgetting in the noise.

Ten years from now, you will be grateful for one thing above everything else: the day you chose to take risk, create habits...

Not the day you felt confident.
Not the day you had clarity.
Not the day you finally “had time.”

The day you decided.

Because the real assets of a future life are not luck or perfect plans. The real assets are what you build in silence: the habit you repeat, the discipline you practice, the struggle you stop avoiding. What you initiate today becomes the infrastructure of tomorrow.

Here’s what I want you to understand:

You will not always feel good doing the right thing.
You will not always feel happy while becoming the person you want to be.
And you will not always know where a decision will lead.

But none of that disqualifies the decision.

You don’t need more time. Time was never the missing ingredient.
You need a line in the sand; a moment where you stop negotiating with your potential.

So make the move today.

Choose the hard thing that makes you stronger.
Choose the habit that makes your future easier.
Choose the action that makes your identity undeniable.

Choose short-term sufferings for long-term gains.

Even if it’s messy.
Even if you’re unsure.
Even if no one notices.

Because I’m standing here in 2028, living in the compound effect of what you did when you didn’t feel like it.

Today is the best day to begin not because it’s perfect, but because it’s available and because you CAN.

Decide and Execute...
Then let time work for you...

With gratitude,
You (2028)

Change Your Circle. (IM#33)

I'm obsessed of hearing the power of association. Who you hang out with determines what you dream about and who you become in the long run.

You should ask yourself a question whether the person who you associate with have a common dream like yours. If they aren't, then it's time to change your circle.

Somebody said, "The less you associate with some people, the more you improve your life." So, the advantage of knowing this is you'll be aware of whom you shouldn't be associating with because it is the change that determines your future.

Change your future by changing your circle.

Startup. (IM#32)

Startup is the process of setting something in motion. It is a newly established business. It is actually a young company that is operated by a group of founders or an individual with the great vision.

They offer a products or service that is not offered before. They are true innovator. Startups has high failure rate; 95% of the startups fail withing 5 years because they fail to innovate products or services they offer to their costumers. They appear too common like other companies. Hence, it is important in being different than others while you are considering for startup.

In the middle of somewhere they cannot tune with their vision and soon they get lost and lose their company. So it is very important to understand the driving force for great vision. It is not by the motivation we move towards our vision but it is because our vision which pulls us towards it. That is how many startup from Mind Valley to Summit are successful.

Because startup don't have much history, they learn from their own mistake and improve everyday. A fledgling business enterprise (Startup) is mostly successful in the developing countries because there is less competition and more resources available. But most importantly before establishing any startups, you most be prepared to get punched by the market and by our costumers.

The Self. (IM#31)

The self is the pure awareness. The 'self' is the light of human. The self is beyond all the good and evil, beyond all the sufferings of human heart. In that state one sees without seeing for there is nothing separate from him, touches without touching for there is nothing separate from him, thinks without thinking for there is nothing separate from him, knows without knowing for there is nothing separate from him. It is the supreme power of human.

It is through self the nowhere can be known...

We are said to be what are desire is, as our desire is so is our so is our will, as our will is so are our acts, as we act so we become.

In the "The Upanishads" it is said- A wife is loved not for her sake but because the self lives in her, a husband is loved not for his sake but because the self lives in him. A child is loved not for their sake but because the self lives in them. A creatures are loved not for their sake but because the self lives in them. A wealth is loved not for its sake but because the self lives in it. The Gods are loved not for their sake but because the self lives in them. The universe is loved not for their sake but because the self live sin it. Everything is loved not for their sake but because the self lives in it.

And so, The self is what we have to have to be aware of....

Five Laws of Stratospheric success- The Go-Giver.(IM#30)

According to the powerful book "The Go-Giver: A Little Story about a Powerful Business Idea" written by Bob Burg and John D. Mann there are five laws of stratospheric success:

  1. Law of value: "Your true worth is determined by how much you give in value than you take in payment."
  2. Law of compensation: " Your income is determined by how many people you served and how well you served them."
  3. Law of influence: " Your influence is determined by how abundantly you place other people's interest first."
  4. The law of authenticity: "The most valuable thing you have to give people is yourself."
  5. The law of receptivity: "The key to effective giving is to stay open to receiving."

These five laws are very powerful and anybody can imply this in their life to grab massive success.

Never older, Only better. (IM#29)

Execution is the only true measure of growth. In our own lives, just as in the world’s most successful companies, simply lasting longer is not an achievement. We do not rise because we accumulate years; we rise because we keep getting better. Age by itself means very little. A company or a person can exist for decades and still become slow, irrelevant, and forgettable. Time does not guarantee growth. It only reveals whether we are improving or decaying.

The entities that lead, whether they are organizations or individuals, do not depend on longevity alone. They earn their place by adapting, executing, and creating real value. This is why companies like Google, IBM, Apple, Tesla, Honeywell, General Electric, and Amazon stand out. They do not just sell products. They respond to what people need. They improve systems, simplify problems, and keep building what the market actually values. They move forward because they do not treat success as something to preserve. They treat it as something that must be renewed.

This same principle applies to our personal evolution. We move forward when we stop treating our past achievements as trophies and start seeing them as foundations to be rebuilt. Most importantly, we must know our “why.” Knowing why we exist keeps us aligned with what matters most. In business, serving the customer is not an afterthought. It is the center of the mission. In life, serving our purpose must be the center of our growth.

When building a company, a startup, or even a new version of ourselves, "Does it make money?" or "What do I get?" should be asked, but it should never be the first question. The first question should be: "Does it serve? Does it solve something real? Does it add value to others?" In the long run, what survives best is not what merely gets older. It is what keeps getting better.

Everything...(IM#28)

.......has two sides.

A wind extinguishes a candle but fans a fire.

Whatever the impact is, the consequences is always good on the background even though there is negative impact directly.

It is up to us how we view consequences. Everything depends on perspective.

We can benefit a lot from this....

Just Do This.(IM#27)

Keep your heart free from hate and your mind free from worries.

Give more, expect less.

Don't take yourself serious.

Fill your life with love.

Do as you think you would be done by.

Change yourself not your work then work will seem to be different.

Don't try everything at once

Practice being relaxed.

Get correct mental attitude.

Get closer with the friend with positive point of view.

Feed your mind with optimism about everything.

Discipline yourself.

Keep your work unto your schedule.

Cultivate happiness habit.

Everything is effect and a cause. Where there is effect, there is a cause. There is no such things as luck and chance. Whatever effect we want to have in our life, there is a cause. And it depends on us how we live each moment of our life...
