It takes effort (IM 546)

It takes effort to rise up from any crisis.

It takes effort to acknowledge the past and focus on the future.

It takes real effort to stop dwelling on negative perspective and always embrace the positivity.

It takes effort to to create imagination a reality.

It takes effort to add a thing to your to-do list and accomplish it.

It takes effort to create a new habit, follow it, live by it.

It too takes effort to remove your bad habit.

It takes effort to add meaning to your life.

Everything takes effort. There is no any alternative.

Start: Novel Investment (IM 545)

For a long time, I've been brainstorming the ways I can do better on learning new stuffs and applying it to a real life.  It's always challenging to learn new skills. I have always been seeking a new way of doing everything.

But, I'm realizing that seeking a new way doesn't make any sense. I got to adapt in this environment and try to figure out what comes later.

With this in mind, I'm starting up fresh in investment and more importantly, I'm learning new patterns and acknowledging them.

Well, investment is not new to me. I've been doing this for about two year now without making any profits (money). But, I've gained a lot of skills during this journey. Losing money every single day is not a happy experience but you got to lose something to gain something in return for a long run. I'm a marathon runner with a long very long finish line.

Losing money in stock market has given me a skills that has enhanced my instinct and the ways to study and research the market for my future investment.

But because of the current Coronavirus pandemic, the world economy is at risk. The truth is your equity is always at risk unless you manage and diversify it properly. I realized that emotion plays a huge role when it comes to investment. I need to control and rule my emotions and trust me research and findings through the past experience.

With all this, I'm starting up fresh while the world is uncertain on the hindsight.

Setting Vs System (IM 544)

System is the set of actions, things, plans, ideas and information that is set to do in a certain way.

It’s important to set the system in our life and business. An organization without system is just like a human with broken backbone, its doesn’t last long.

A system might include the core values, purpose, art of dealing with people or the costumers and way of making decisions. It ranges from mission to color code of the employees in the business.

Setting the system is crucial as it determines the future of our organization and even ourselves.

What we owe... (INM 543)

We owe ourselves the life we have always dreamed of. We owe ourselves the decisions we’ve always wanted to make.

Every setback, struggle, failure and criticism drive us closer towards that dream. We must develop the habit of being persistent, continuing, untiring, unwavering, unending, unflinching, undeviating, unstoppable, unshakable and implacable towards the responsibility (we have always dream of).

The "ZOOM" days (IM 542)

Because of the pandemic, everything has moved online. All the universities are doing classes using zoom. Every meetings are held using zoom.

Everything has shifted to digital. It's difficult to adjust at the beginning but eventually it will all fall into place, hopefully.

But my only concern is how after this is over, we may be left with the population afraid to shake hands and touch one another, and suspiciously eyeing strangers on subway and streets.

Is everything going to be okay? (IM 541)

That depends on what the term "okay" means to you.

If it means to go the things that you want it to go, then it's difficult. Everything goes as it is supposed to go. We can't manipulate the result. What we can do is just to make present decision and the result depends on it.

The crazy thing about decision is there is no perfect decision. If the result is great then your decision is great but if it's bad you got to adjust with it.

You can't change the waves, but you can learn to surf...

Nobody knows if it will be normal after all this horror situation, but there is always a hope and this hope will drive you to decide what's better for you now.

Navigating our future (IM 540)

Navigating the future means controlling the direction of the future. It means having the vision for the destination. Those who navigate the future understand what it will take to get to their dreams. They recognize the problems and the obstacles long before they encounter them, and they become prepared to it.

It is crucial know the power of navigation because it’s the thing that determine us and our organization’s success or failure. It also teaches us to balance the optimism and realism, faith and results, and planning and intuitions.

A navigator is the one who sees the future long before they encounter it, and can plan accordingly.

Consistency matters (IM 539)

It is the character that develops consistency. It is the inner strength that gives the ability to perform constantly and continuously.

We got to have the ability and the inner strength to perform or keep performing our action and work no matter how worse the situations is. This is what consistency is. And for this we got to develop the same kind of determined character. Nobody can go beyond the limitation of their own character.

Our character is important in achieving great success. Character generates consistency, consistency develops trust (self or the people in the organization), trust develops progress, and progress is what success is.

Hidden talent (IM 538)

I have seen a lot of creative work these days. Many of my friends are showing their hidden talents because of the self-isolation caused due to COVID-19 stuff going on.

Unemployment has reached record high here in America and also all around the world. A record of 3.3 million American people filed an unemployment benefit at the fear rises.

But most people has become creative it's a good thing. The bad thing is that the creative work will not help them live their life. What if we can connect creative work with real/professional work that could help people live their life? Wouldn't it be awesome?

Lets stay productive during this phase.

"Stay productive, Stay healthy." Let's all make this our life motto.

Fill in the blanks (IM 537)

The interesting thing about filling the blanks these days is that you get to ask the question yourself.

It's the perfect time to ask the question, acknowledge it, and answer it.

Isolate yourself, ask the question and fill in the blanks.
