The disbelief (IM 655)

Everyone has some sort of disbelief in something. Everyone, without exception has someone whom they find hard to believe in. Things can be true, but it's difficult to accept it and people can be trustworthy but we find them unconvincing.

Everyone has some unique set of disbelief in something/someone...

The important and most difficult question is: How to change our mind to believe in that/them? What criterion are we looking for believing? It's worth it to answer these questions.

Four dangerous faults we often make (IM 654)

  1. Recklessness , which might lead to destruction.
  2. Cowardice , which leads to capture.
  3. Hasty temper , which can easily be provoked by insults.
  4. A delicacy of honor , which is sensitive to shame.

Too quick to explain (IM 653)

We, human being, have a story telling problem.  Most of the time we are too quick to come up with an explanations for the things we don't really have an explanation for.

With the goal of making our story plausible, we tend to have an explanation without any facts or truth. Well, it's a human nature. We don't have the real reason behind our explanation other than to make our argument or our story convincing.

Everything is temporary (IM 652)

It’s both bad news and the good news.

It’s bad news because all the thing you love will not stay to you forever.

It’s a good news because all the sufferings will end one day and you will no longer have pains and the sufferings. All the struggles will end and a beautiful day will show up because nothing lasts forever

The quest of positivity (IM 651)

Positivity is everywhere if we just have time to stop, listen and learn.

Even the tiny and trivial things that exist in nature has something very important lesson to teach. For an instance, we can learn patience by seeing and adapting the pace of nature and its really important.

Are we running blindly? (IM 650)

Our blind run towards the goals and success has made our vision limited, and hence our future. Seeking and fighting for the success or reaching the goals might sound something great, but being blinded by it might be very destructive.

We may miss something very big and meaningful if we’re just blinded by the contemporary opinions.

So, being focused on something and opened on everything is very difficult, but is crucial.

The worth of decision (IM 649)

A decision is a conclusion of situation. A single decision have so much power that it can bring huge impact in future.

It can controls everything…

Right decision is very hard to make. It takes courage and intuition to make correct decision at certain time. Experience also make a huge impact in making right decision. It also depends on person’s character.

One decision can change everything. So, it’s worth to be audacious and take decision.

The truth behind "reality" (IM 648)

It is said that human being do not need any formal ranks, titles, and law to keep orders when their group is 150. But when this number exceeds it is difficult to maintain and make things works.

Yoval Noah Harari named this number as critical threshold in his book “Sapiens: a brief history of human kind.” So for large number of people to work together in a group, people gave initiation of fictional things. That is where common myths, beliefs or purpose comes from.

He says everything is fictional. Only the physical things that we can feel and touch with brain and body is non-fiction.

Everything else is a imagined reality...

Action and time (IM 647)

Wrong action at wrong time is a disaster.

Doing right thing at wrong time is a resistance.

Wrong action at right time is a mistake.

Right action at right time is success.

The "hero" (IM 646)

Recently I came up with an interesting insight from a book “The hero with a thousand faces’ by Joseph Campbell. According to him, heroes do not begin as heroes, they just start out leading ordinary lives in an ordinary world and are drawn by a “a call to adventure.”

This lead them down the roads with full of trials filled with battles, temptations, success and failures. Along the way they are helped by others as  a mentors in various ways. During this journey, they also gain allies and enemies and learn how to fight.

But they have the audacity to overcome their fear because of their great determination to achieve what they want. They tend to get their special powers (Skills) from both “battles” they encounter that test and teach them, and from gifts (like advice) that they receive from others.

As they grow and learn, they both succeed and fail, but they succeed more than they fail because they learn from failure and bounce back more strongly striving for success.
