Keep experimenting (IM 423)

It is said that the solution to every problem exists. We just need the patience to keep looking and the humility to learn from those who have already found a way.

We need to remain open-minded. If one approach does not work, it does not mean the answer is not there. It only means we have not found the right way yet.

Experimenting with different things is how we discover solutions. It is how we learn, adjust, and move forward. So keep experimenting. It will eventually give us direction.

Happiness and problem (IM 422)

Happiness is what we all  are chasing for.

On the other hand, problem is what we all are running away from.

But the tragedy is happiness comes by solving problem. We all are chasing for a thing avoiding the source of it.

If we have some problem and we solve it, this is what makes us happy; avoiding it  leaves us with more problems unsolved. Happiness depends upon the number of problem solved.

Embrace the struggle should be our motto of living….

But the question is why’re we still avoiding problems even though it is making us more vulnerable?

Thanksgiving (IM 421)

Gratitude is one of the simplest ways to restore clarity. The mind naturally drifts toward what is missing, what is unfair, or what has not yet happened. Because of that, it becomes easy to overlook what is already present—health, time, people, lessons, opportunities, even the small forms of support that quietly hold life together. Gratitude interrupts that blindness.

To be grateful is not to ignore hardship or pretend life is always easy. It is to recognize that difficulty is never the whole picture. Even in a hard season, something remains worthy of appreciation. Gratitude changes the emotional direction of the mind. It softens resentment, reduces entitlement, and reminds us that not everything valuable arrives dramatically. Much of what sustains us is ordinary and easily overlooked.

Gratitude also grows when it is expressed. When we thank others, acknowledge what we have received, and notice what is still good, appreciation becomes more than a passing feeling—it becomes a practice. And that practice has power. It improves relationships, steadies perspective, and creates a healthier inner life.

When in doubt, return to gratitude. It may not solve every problem, but it changes the spirit in which problems are faced. Gratitude makes life feel lighter, not because circumstances suddenly change, but because attention becomes more honest. Often, that is where peace begins.

Gratitude works.

Gratitude multiplies when shared and expressed.

Gratitude creates a positive cycle of more gratitude.

When in doubt, default to gratitude.

It scales.

P.S. Happy Thanksgiving.

Advancing and Competitive mind (IM 420)

Advancing mind is stretchable and those with this kind of mind are always open for learning more and more. It focuses on own actions. They never settle for anything or at any moment. Each result of their action is a lesson for the next.

Competitive mind, on the other hand, depends on other’s action and this kind of mind thinks them-self as smart even if they aren’t capable of it. Competitive mind is what spreads jealousy and hatred.

One with advancing mind are those who aspire to learn more, do more and give more.

On the other side, one with competitive mind are those who are concerned with their own talent, refuse learning, expect more and give less.

Don’t fall in the trap of competitive mind because it keeps us detached from truly living the advancing life.

Everything is cultivable (IM 419)

Human talents are not craved in the stone, they can be cultivated. Most of us quit our startups, our job and even relationships, feeling that we are not worthy for it.

But the truth is we weren’t worthy of anything unless we tried to be. Everything can be cultivated. Every human qualities from love and emotions to grit and perseverance can be cultivated.

We are fools, all the time (IM 418)

Ray Bradbury  once said, “We’re all fools, all the time.  It’s just we’re a different kind each day. We think, I’m not a fool today. I’ve learned my lesson. I was a fool yesterday but not this morning. Then tomorrow we find out that, yes, we were fool yesterday too. I think the only way we can grow and get on in this world is to accept the fact we’re not perfect and live accordingly.”

We always want to be perfect in all the things we do that’s why we end up becoming depressed and broke because we won’t be able to attain that level of perfection.

The greatest realization is that we’re always in the process of approaching truth and perfection without actually ever reaching there.

An endless cycle (IM 417)

We grow because we take new challenges. We face even more new challenges because we are growing.

It's an endless cycle.

The more we grow, the more decisions we make and the more challenges we face. But It's a good thing- it's the only way we survive.

The more we face challenges the more we learn.

There are no experts in what we're doing ; except for us. We are becoming experts as we do this, as we make more decisions,a s we face more challenges.

Being busy is a choice (IM 416)

..while being productive is a skill.

Being busy is easy. Anyone can be busy. All we need to do is stress ourselves and do the stuff vigorously truing to finish it before deadline.

Being productive takes guts, its applying real skills while solving the problem and fixing it. Something more insightful comes out from being productive that help us to solve upcoming problems.

Comparing with your past (IM 415)

We aspire to become the greatest personality not realizing we’ve left our-self far behind. We compare our house with others, cars with our friends, girl-friends and boy-friends with others. This is giving birth to envy, jealousy, unhappiness and unfulfillment.

Looking at other’s happy face in Facebook, the travel stories of Bora-Bora in Instagram, and success tweets in Twitter and meanwhile you’re still flushing your own toilet make you feel like you’re a dumb-ass, your life suck.

Well, then you must consider something. Happiness is not found outside, its inner peace. Success is not having bigger house than others, beautiful cars than others nor having sexy girl-friends than others, it is becoming the better version of yourself than you’re yesterday.

Everything is about comparing yourself with your past. In-spite of the fear i n your heart, remember that scariest move that you took yesterday that made you stand here right now. Be grateful for that.

You’re becoming better version everyday….

What you appreciate appreciates (IM 414)

What goes around comes around. In the same way what you appreciate appreciates you in return.

If you appreciate your struggle, your failure, your accomplishments, it’ll certainly give a positive result. But if you avoid it, it can destroy you as well.

The more we appreciate our weakness, the more we can overcome it. The more we move away from our weakness, the more it rule over us. Appreciating everything we encounter is what makes us more jovial and more fulfilled.
