Define yourself (IM 433)

You are the designer of your life and you can shape it as you want. Don’t let the head filled with belief that other people can define you.

You seek no more approval from peers or others. You can be your own decider when you define yourself.

But defining yourself might be a difficult “journey” and you might’ve no clue where to start. The tip is start by analyzing your core values based on which you can define yourself.

Time management (IM 432)

One of the most important lesson one can learn is to manage time.

Identifying things based on the priority is needed before managing time. One can't manage time without knowing which thing to start and finish first.

It's very crucial in business and management. To get good result in sales and business, one must give proper time.

Starting something meaningful? (IM 431)

Find a problem.

Research for solution. There is never a single solution.

Find the best one.

Build a team.

Make a prototype for fixing the problem.

Find a way to do more for others than anyone else is doing. Use a different strategy.

Build trust and sell hopes.

Always look the bigger picture. Seek bigger purpose.

Keep going...

IT’S OPPORTUNITY THAT MATTERS (IM 430)

Success is not only the combination of decisions and  efforts, breakthrough and hard works. It is a gift.

It is gift in the sense that success comes with opportunity. It comes to those who’re given an opportunity and also ave the courage to grab it.

Hard work plays a significant role for sure, but it’s not enough.

It’s opportunity that matters…

The paradox of time (IM 429)

The paradox of our time is that we’ve more knowledge but less insight.

We’ve more experts, yet more problem.

We got more friends but less communications.

We got fancier house but broken homes.

We’ve more hospitals, yet less treatments.

We make profits but loose relationships.

We’ve more thoughts but less sense.

We’ve multiplied our strength but reduced our values.

We’ve cleaned our rooms but polluted our souls.

We read too little but speak too much.

We talk more but do less.

We plan more but accomplish less.

We make huge promises, yet fulfill too little.

We spend more but have less.

We’ve learned wining but still lack patience and persistence.

We’ve become big men but with small character.

We have extraordinary personality, yet common knowledge.

We argue we are happy, yet we struggle for sound sleep every night.

We’ve too much to show but less content to store.

We’ve added years to life but not life to years.

We’ve learned to survive but not to live.

Imagination and reality (IM 428)

“We are more often frightened than hurt; and we suffer more from imagination that from reality.”

- Seneca

Reality is hard truth but the imagination is the ingredient that make us suffer all the time. The suffering from the imagination is so immensely impressed that we start to believe it as is it is surreal.

We become frightened from the imagination but the reality hurt us. But most often we are frightened than we are hurt because we’re too much engaged in imagination.

So imagination is not the truth; it is just the state of mind. The truth is reality.

Good is the enemy of great (IM 427)

We must never settle for good enough. If we settle for the good thing that we achieved then we’ll miss the great thing on hindsight.

It’s because good is the enemy of great….

We must be setting our rules and standards and surpassing them constantly, that is what stretches us and take us towards greatness.

We grow when we take challenges and we face even more challenges because we are growing. It’s a never ending game. So, never settling for the good is worth modelling it.

The Trap (IM 426)

We all possess two types of mind: the advancing and the competitive mind.

Advancing mind always tends to learn more, thrive more, do more, improve more and experience more. On the other hand, the competitive mind mainly focuses on other’s act and tends to make own-self more superior. It's egoistical.

We are deprived of advancing in this world because of the competitive mind….

Everything we do shouldn’t about competition, it should be about advancing ourselves, it should be about experiencing new adventures or things, testing new experiments for success, overcoming new problems and failures.

Stretching imagination. (IM 425)

Someone once said beautifully, “You can’t become what you can’t see.” That is why we must first learn to see ourselves in the place we want to reach before we actually arrive there.

Stretching the imagination means building a powerful belief system. It means visualizing ourselves at the furthest edge of our desire and possibility. It is not fantasy for its own sake. It is the inner act of giving shape to a future that does not yet exist in visible form.

It asks us to picture our dream life even when our present reality looks completely different. It asks us to see the project before it begins, the result before the process is complete, and the person before that person is fully formed. Brainstorming matters, but stretching the imagination goes further. It is what keeps dreams and projects alive for the long run.

Stretching the imagination is one of the keys to success.

Change your perspective (IM 424)

It's so hard to think of new solutions to get out after we get stuck on a problem and it's natural.

It because our brain is wired with the same perspective and same ideas again and again when we seek for the solution. Those same ideas won't help us get out of the problem because the problem is caused by these same ideas.

So, we must take break, breathe deeply, be patience and change our perspective on the problem and think of new solutions. It might be tough but it's not impossible.
