Facing the context (IM#172)

Facing the problem means having the audacity to take full responsibility of our actions and understanding and acknowledging that every mistakes can be improved and corrected, every setbacks can be turned around and every failures can be transformed into success. But it begins when we face the context.

Facing the context means facing the truth and stop lying to ourselves. It also means tackling the problems, pains and struggles and understanding that they are the one that take us a step forward.

Reading yourself (IM#171)

It is the ability to read our strength, skills, weakness and the current state of mind.

As James Russel Lovell once said, "No one can produce great things who is not thoroughly sincere in dealing with himself."

Reading ourselves gives us the benefit of knowing ourselves much better than anybody else. It helps recognize our-self, which is the beginning of the development and massive progress.

Who we are dictates what we see (IM#170)

Our inner nature controls our external sight. A person with a helping mind sees everything as an act of service and a person with an entrepreneurial mindsets sees everything as a step of innovating something new.

This is the reason why we take and reason everything according to our own perspective. A physics professor answers every life question in relation to physics and quantum. Our inner nature reflects our external appearance and the decision making abilities. Our inner nature reveals our sense of empathy and love. Our inner nature reflects our skills, abilities and vision. Above all, our inner nature reflects, who we're, what we see; it reveals our future.

Adjusting the priorities (IM#169)

Everybody face dilemma when it come to make the decision. It is the human nature to be unsatisfied of the decision we make. That's the the reason why figuring out the priorities is important.

When we adjust the priorities our every acts become more effective and efficient. Our time becomes productive. Doing the work on the basis of priorities is what makes our everyday life simple and successful.

The notion of consistency (IM#168)

It is the character that develops consistency. It is the inner strength that gives the ability to perform constantly and continuously.
"You can't get too much in life if you work only on the days when you feel good."

-NBA player Jerry West
We got to have the ability and the inner strength to perform or keep performing our action and work no matter how worse the situations is. This is what consistency is. And for this we got to develop the same kind of determined character. Nobody can go beyond the limitation of their own character.

Our character is important in achieving great success. Character generates consistency, consistency develops trust (self or the people in the organization), trust develops progress, and progress is what success is.

Predetermine the course of action (IM#167)

Predetermining the course of action is planning the action long before actually acting it. It is the psychological and mental process. In other words, it's doing mental work before the physical work.

We get 2 benefits when we predetermine the course of action:

We become fearless as we've prepared well. Fearlessness enhances confidence which in turn develops trust finally resulting success.
We can re-direct the path as we can see the problems and obstacles long ahead. It gives us the sense of self-improvement and self-respect as we follow the course of action we designed to execute.

Navigating the future (IM#166)

Navigating our future is worth doing it because it makes us capable of minimizing the obstacles and rationalizing the challenges.

Navigating the future means controlling the direction of the future. It means having the vision for the destination. Those who navigate the future understand what it will take to get to their dreams. They recognize the problems and the obstacles long before they encounter them, and they become prepared to it.

It is crucial know the power of navigation because it’s the thing that determine us and our organization’s success or failure. It also teaches us to balance the optimism and realism, faith and results, and planning and intuitions.

A navigator is the one who sees the future long before they encounter it, and can plan accordingly.

What's missing? (IM#165)

Everything can be planned. Core values can be defined, and principles can be built on a solid foundation. The path may look clear on paper, structured and ready. Yet execution can still remain out of reach.

Determination may be present. The readiness to face the challenges of real action may be strong. But when it comes time to execute, the momentum can disappear, leaving only questions.

Something often stands between intention and action — a barrier that isn’t always easy to name. Is it fear? Is it the sense that time is never enough? Is it resistance to learning what is unfamiliar?

Whatever that barrier may be, it must be recognized and dismantled. Dreams remain still until action begins, and no plan, value, or principle can replace the courage required to take the first step.

The Law of Process (IM164)

Knowing nothing is actually a massive asset; provided you are aware of it. The danger for most is the Dunning-Kruger Effect, where people are so unaware of their own ignorance that they have no idea what they’re missing, leaving them with no roadmap for growth. You cannot learn if you don’t first identify the gap in your own knowledge. As Benjamin Disraeli stated, “To become conscious that you are ignorant of the facts is the great step to knowledge.”

When people move past that initial stage of blind overconfidence and start recognizing the specific skills they lack, exciting things start to happen. This awareness is where the real work begins. By starting daily practice with discipline and determination, they grow more and more capable and eventually move closer to their passion.

But it all depends on the price they are willing to pay. It all depends on daily practice.

The secret of success lies in the daily agenda. It depends on our daily effort, experience, empathy, discipline, momentum, and our daily goals and vision. Our goal each day must be to become a little better and continue building our worth. Massive success does not happen in a day or a moment. It takes strong determination, perseverance, and time. Following this law of process makes us stronger and harder to defeat.

Reclaiming your Vulnerability (IM#163)

Vulnerability is the state of being harmed. Reclaiming it means to recover it.

First, we got to identify out vulnerability and the figure out the way to recover it. When we reclaim our vulnerability then there is no way we can be out of our way to success.

Unable to reclaim our vulnerability leads to failure or even our own extinction.
