Staying Focused (IM#182)

Staying towards the principles, the core values, and the things that matters means staying focused.

It has become the biggest challenge of our life. We define ourselves in one way, express in the other way and act in a way that is completely different.

Staying focused is more than just staying focused; it's doing things we love to do, living the life we are designed to live and expressing our inner SELF.

In other words, it's winning everyday.

Self-realization (IM#181)

Ralph W. Emerson once said, " For everything you have missed, you've gained something, and for everything you gain, you lose something." It is necessary to believe the truth that the self-realization is the master key to any door.

When we're self aware then we realize there are other ways in approaching the situation, other way of seeing it and dealing with it.

If we understand this important concept, then the game is over; we win.

Else, we keep struggling with it without understanding or finding the real solutions.

A different focus (IM#180)

What if we've followed all the principles, defined our core values, but still some way behind the way we feel unfulfilled?

My be it's a time to take a different focus.

It's a time to self-analyze.

Redefine our principles.

Reverse-engineer our core values.

Analyze our true needs.

Differentiate the negative energy.

Absorb the positive vibes.

Develop the sense of belonging and gratitude.

Appreciate our results.

Why we complicate things? (IM#179)

This sounds crazy but it's true that most of the time we complicate or we try to complicate our things.

We think our stuff or the problem to be tough but in reality it's not.

Maybe we do this just because we want to show to others that we do cool things and figure out difficult problems.

Whatever the reason is, it's true too often that we complicate our things for no real and worthy reason.

So judging the things: good or bad, easy or tough doesn't sound worthy.

Three 'R's (IM#178)

Requirement: The list of priorities that is required to meet our vision is the requirement.

Return: It is the thing that should be considered after we execute on the priorities. Based on it, we should work on the area that gives us the best return of our execution.

Reward: Along with the return, which of our actions reward us the most should be the one that should be kept repeating and brought into action. Which action meets our passion and the vision should be figured out before we go for it.

All these three 'R's: Requirement, Return and Reward work as foundation for successful organization.

Change and the progress (IM#177)

Change is the price we pay for progress. Without change, there is no real movement forward. A person who refuses to change usually refuses to learn, and without learning, growth becomes difficult.

Progress does not happen by staying exactly the same. It asks us to adjust, improve, and move beyond old ways of thinking and acting. This is why change can feel uncomfortable. It disrupts what is familiar. But that discomfort is often part of development.

Change also brings confidence and experience. Each time we adapt, we learn something about ourselves and about life. Over time, that process creates growth, and growth creates progress.

So if we want progress, we must be willing to accept change as part of the journey. One cannot exist meaningfully without the other.

As a man thinketh - James Allan (IM#176)

Cherish your visions.

Cherish your ideals.

Cherish the music that stirs in your heart, the beauty that follows your mind, the loveliness that drapes your purest thoughts.

For out of them will grow all delightful conditions, all heavenly environment, of these, if you but remain true to them, your world will at last be built. "

Your wishes and dreams are only gratified and answered only when they harmonize with your thoughts and actions.

Read the trends (IM#175)

Connection and leadership (IM#174)

There is an old saying, "To lead yourself, use your head; to lead others use your heart." This is about the connection. Connection is about being close to ourselves or others and understanding them and ourselves.

In the business, when we have the good connection with the people, the vision of leader becomes the aspirations of the people .

It's really important to understand it's impact on business or in personal life. If we have vision but we lack connection with ourselves or other people, it ain't work out. So, it's necessary to give before we ask or take from others. Connection is very important in leadership.
