What happens next (after facing the reality)? (IM#212)

After facing the reality, we learn more about ourselves, our potential, our desires, our core values, principles and our purpose.

We become aware of the situation and accept our true ''self" and we develop the audacity to face the challenges and take risks. We even develop the habit of learning and growing every single day.

We begin to throw the egos that has buried us deep down. We then live our life not just survive.

The truth behind the reality (IM#211)

We all are born with different thinking abilities. We dream and make different choices as we go along the way.

We dream about the future. We live as a day dreamer. We focus on being like somebody else. We run making the impact in whatever field we are up to without knowing the true purpose. As we move towards  the goal, we encounter problems and make mistakes and we try to cover those with another blunder.

Everybody has two lives: One, the dream life (what we want to do) and second is the reality. The reality is far more different and complex than what we want to do. The problem with most of us is that we run away from the reality because we are too scared to face it; we don't have the audacity to tackle them and we don't wanna bury our egos.

The greatest lesson we can learn in our life is to face the reality. Then, everything seems completely different; every problems fall apart...

Fear (IM#210)

It is very common to people. Some people are fearful about present. Some of them fear of the past, and some about future.

Whatever they fear about, it is the part of everyone's life.

Some of us are afraid of the decision we made yesterday. Some of us are afraid of not making the decision in past. Some of us worry about the future and some are worried because they don't pay attention to the future.

We fear of jobs, career, health, security; we fear of past, present, and future. We fear of all the things that is in our control and that isn't.

Fear is common, but acknowledging and accepting our fears and analyzing the cause of it and taking action towards it is what makes us surpass that fear.

Seeking importance: right or wrong? (IM#209)

Everybody wants to be supreme in the crowd. We all want that sense of importance in public and we do whatever it takes to get there.

Most often we squeeze other people's character to make ourselves feel supreme. How cheap is that? We believe that making other people feel embarrassed  is what gives us the sense of significance which is absolutely the ridiculous thing most people do.

This completely depends on our nature; what we truly seek for. There is nothing wrong with seeking importance and value. But the problem arises when we 'disvalue' other people for that sake.

The victim here should understand that whatever the other person, who is constantly seeking importance, says, it's not the direct attack but it is their nature, it's their principles.

Everything changes (IM#208)

Things changes...

Knowledge enhances...

Skills strengthens...

Mindset varies...

Everything seems different..

The thing that you are afraid of before gets familiar to you and you won't be afraid of that anymore.

It's true that you become conscious of your past and judge your present on that basis and it's important to do that.  Whether you are conscious of your change or not, it really happens. The decision after realizing and being aware of that change is up to us; it's our choice.

Polishing the ideas (IM#207)

A rough idea may carry energy, but it rarely carries enough clarity to guide meaningful action on its own. Most ideas begin incomplete. They need testing, pressure, dialogue, and execution before their real shape appears. Purpose becomes more durable when thought is not protected too early from revision.

Just as a large cluster of stones is crushed and processed until a beautiful polished gem appears, a large number of ideas, once shared, challenged, and executed, can produce something far more valuable than what any one mind first offered. Friction is not always a threat to an idea. Sometimes it is what reveals its strongest form.

Every idea is like a dot. By itself, it may suggest possibility, but not yet direction. When those dots are connected, a better and more hybrid idea begins to emerge. Execution is what truly connects them. Thought alone can scatter. Action tests what belongs together and what does not.

That is why teamwork matters. That is why organizations succeed when they are built on genuine collaboration rather than isolated brilliance. A polished idea is often better than any individual’s untouched idea because it has been strengthened by many perspectives and proved through use. Purpose becomes more powerful when ideas are refined enough to be lived, not just admired.

Attention (IM#206)

Everybody lives for it...

There is nothing wrong with seeking attention for your business or venture because it is the asset in that case. But the problem is with the personal attention.

When you are constantly seeking or yearning for personal attention, it seems like you are mercy of others.

It's impossible to be truly happy and successful when you are seeking for attention because it is like a drug which never satisfies you. And begging people for approval will never let you become happy and successful.

The 7-day Challenge (IM#205)

For the next 7 days...

Stop blaming others for your deeds or for anything else.

Stop complaining anybody about anything.

Stop justifying your situations to others.

Take responsibility of anythings that happens near your eyes.

Do this not just out loud, but in your head as well...

Blame, Justification and complain (IM#204)

Blame, justification, and complaint are common human reactions because they reduce the discomfort of failure without requiring real change. Instead of confronting our mistakes directly, we search for explanations that preserve self-image. We blame others, justify poor decisions, and complain about circumstances because it feels easier than honest self-examination.

Many philosophical traditions warned against this tendency. Buddhism teaches that attachment to the ego creates suffering and distortion. Stoicism argues that peace begins when we stop obsessing over what is outside our control. Confucian thought emphasizes personal responsibility because character is built through self-correction, not self-protection. Existentialist philosophy similarly warns that excuses become a way of escaping accountability and freedom.

What we repeatedly focus on slowly shapes the mind. A person constantly blaming others begins losing the ability to examine themselves honestly. Complaint becomes habit. Justification becomes identity. Over time, reaction replaces reflection. Growth begins when responsibility becomes more important than protecting the ego.

Disassociate yourself...(IM#203)

...with all the negative people, with all the negative vibes.

It's  necessary to disassociate with these for the better result in our daily activities. It is obvious that there will be a conscious or sub-conscious effect from every people we meet.

We must be careful in choosing the right person for the betterment of both us and them.

If we notice that there is an ill thought just generated within, then we must disassociate from it as soon as possible because when we keep it for long time, it will start to control us. Then we get controlled by external things.

Disassociating ourselves from ill thoughts and spiteful people is very crucial.
