Time vs Result (IM#222)

These are controversy...

We count our time. We get paid by the hours we work. We value our work with the time spent on it.

For me, it makes no sense that we all focus on the time we spent on doing our thing instead of the results.

We must focus on the results of our work instead of the time spent on it because it's worth it.

The biggest irony (IM#221)

The biggest irony of life is that...

If you are willing to do only what's easy, life will be hard and if you are willing to do what's hard life will be easy.

The intention of having both (IM#220)

Everyone lives in the same physical world of course. But the difference is in the inner world; its in their perspective; their belief system.

There exists two type of thinking: "either/or" and "both." The either/or is the choice of the poor while successful people choose "both." Either/or thinking comes because of the fear of losing something and "both" comes when you have the audacity to make the calculated risk.

The choice of either/or leads towards the world of limitations, but the intention of having "both" leads towards the world of abundance.

It is better to make "both" choices because it's worth is.

You are bigger than your problem (IM#219)

Everybody has got the problem. We care about our problem; we think about it. The problem is not the problem, it is the perspective about the problem.

Bigger problems means smaller us. We have to grow ourselves to make our problem smaller and to demolish it.

We have to learn to surpass our problem. We are bigger than our problem.

The importance of saying 'NO' (IM#218)

It is not always the right thing to desperately follow the thing you desire. You should learn the habit of saying NO.

It is obvious that you won't always get what you want. So, to make yourself happy and peaceful you should be saying 'no' to the things you don't get.

Learn to move on.

Learn to say no to the egos.

Learn to say no to that greed and cruelty.

Learn to say no to the backbiters.

Learn to say no to some of your thoughts.

It's worth to say no sometimes.

Words can change the action (IM#217)

The words we speak shape the action we do. There must be some internal connection between the words and the action.

This is where I believe motivation comes from. When you get the motivation, you become inspired and the action you do changes (even though it might be short-term).

But the scariest thing is when others' word start to change your action. When this happen you start to seek other people's attention aggressively. You think for shortcut in the road which has no shortcut and then you get stuck.

Words can change the action but it should be yours not others. So, start changing your words to change your actions.

Something is running in mind(IM#216)

We are never silent. Our mind is very busy. It keeps travelling all the time without any reason; just wandering.

Controlling it is very difficult. We have to understand that it keeps drifting and the only way to control it is to be aware and float with it.

The confusion of our goals (IM#215)

Yesterday I was talking with my friends about their goals. I was surprised that they got the big dreams but got no plans.

They have a belief that we can't achieve big.

To me it sounded obvious that if I have a deep desire and determination of getting my dreams then it is absolutely possible, no matter how big is that dream. It must

More with less (IM#214)

Everybody wants to do more. We want more result, more success and more outcomes. But we don't care about the inputs, constraints and the variables.

Doing more with less means completing our work with the minimum possible constraints and variables. It makes us do the work right away without waiting for the best possible reason or time.

Doing more with less is important because it's worth it.

Clearing the hurdle (IM#213)

A hurdle is an obstacle we face along the journey. It is the problem, setback, or resistance that appears in the way.

Clearing the hurdle means facing those obstacles one by one and working through them instead of letting them stop us.

That is what makes us grow. Every hurdle we clear strengthens our ability to face the next one with more awareness, more courage, and more discipline.

Difficulties are not only interruptions. Often, they are part of the training. They make us more creative, more realistic, and more prepared for what comes later.t.
