Truth behind introverts and extroverts(IM#232)

They say there are two different kind of persons: introverts and extroverts. But in reality, every person has got both characteristics. It is just like the phase of human development. Every person is introvert and extrovert depending on the phase they are at.

Introverts are the extroverts who are in learning and personal development phase. While this may not apply to everyone, but majority holds this truth.

Introverts are those who prepare themselves really strong before they act in the real world. The same person when goes into action phase is an extrovert.

So the reality?

Introvert and extrovert is not the person, it is the phase; just like caterpillar and adult butterfly in its life cycle.

The journey is the reward (IM#231)

We all work to achieve success and we struggle for it. We always care about the end not realizing that our journey is the reward.

No matter how it ends, we must enjoy the journey towards it, but the hard reality is that our adventure is not going to be effortless. Its the full of blood and sweat.

So accepting our present situation and acting according to it will be the best option can probably choose.

Potential is not the peak (IM#230)

Human potential is not a peak to be conquered. It is a continuous journey.

We often operate under the illusion that by stretching our limits and refusing to settle, we will eventually arrive at our ultimate capability. We work relentlessly to meet our potential as though it were a final destination, a summit where the climbing finally stops.

But the philosophical truth of growth is that our ultimate potential is never fully met. It is an expanding horizon. The closer we get, the further it extends. Achieving our potential does not mean reaching a fixed finish line. It means living within the friction of constant evolution. Potential is not the destination we reach; it is the discipline we inhabit every single day.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication (IM#229)

That's what Steve Jobs did during the initial phase of Apple and they still follow that principle. The goal of the Apple is always to make their product as simple as possible.

The way they were running the company, the design of the product, and the advertising, all comes to one point: making it simple; really simple. Steve Jobs once told," The main thing in our design is that we have to make things intuitively obvious." And their approach is to make it very simple.

Simplicity always wins. This is the reason why Apple is leading the Tech market these days. The goal of every organization should be to make its services and products as simple as possible because it is were consumers are comfortable.

And yes, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication as it's proven...

Get into action (IM#228)

Action always beats inaction. Doing something is always better than doing nothing.

Our goal should be to get into execution with whatever we've got and from wherever we are. There is a saying. "If you want to fly with eagles, don't swim with the ducks." If we are damn serious about changing our own lives then we got to work for it. Nothing comes for free. Everything has its own price and we must be willing to pay for it.

So get into action and its result will show the path...

Life is like a winding river... (IM#227)

Life is like a winding river....

We can see the next bend only when we reach to the bend before that. We can not predict the next bend; we can only pass through it.

In life, we make a decision and until we get the result from that decision we can not make another decision because we can't predict the next move.

So the idea here is to get ready the best we can, take actions and then correct along the way.

People are so brainwashed.. (IM#226)

I recently had a talk with one of my friends and I was not very shocked to hear his response as I hear it too often from many people. People are so brainwashed these days with a belief that thinking big is a problem and we got to follow what everybody is following. They underestimate their own potential and they start to settle for low. They follow the common advice from the society they belong and admire the people around them who try to poison them with wrong mindset.

They are very comfortable to find excuses in all most all cases. Most of them think money is everything. Most of them start with the goal of making money. While the successful people never start with the goal of making more money. They all start with making something they truly believe and are passionate about.

Our goal should not be about making more money but to build something that we truly believe and that gives meaning to ourselves and to the people.

Accountable and its result (IM#225)

Being accountable means being responsible to the work you do. We are the creature of habits. What we focus on gets enhanced. When we take responsibility over the things we do daily, we get motivated to do more and more. Lo and behold, we get the maximum amount of work done.

I've experienced on my daily habits that the more I become liable to the work I do, the more I get as a result. This also gives the sense of self-respect and the sense of happiness as we accomplish the thing we are responsible for.

Uncomfortable and growing (IM#224)

Uncomfortable means feeling of uneasiness or awkwardness. Growing means learning new things and evolving with new perspectives and realities.

It's hard to say but the only time we are growing is actually when we are uncomfortable. It is when we're struggling and facing the realities.

Trapped by the story (IM#223)

We all live with stories in our minds. Some are about success, some about failure, some about who we are, what we deserve, what we can become, and what we can never escape. The problem is not that we create stories. The problem is that we start believing them too quickly.

A story repeated often enough begins to feel like truth. What started as an interpretation becomes an identity. A disappointment becomes “I always fail.” A fear becomes “I’m just not that kind of person.” A painful memory becomes a permanent explanation for the future. In this way, the mind stops observing life and starts obeying a script.

That is where the trap forms. We do not only experience events—we build narratives around them, and then those narratives begin directing our actions. A strong story can strengthen a person. A weak story can quietly reduce what they believe is possible. Over time, the story starts determining behavior before reality has had the chance to speak for itself.

Freedom begins when the story becomes visible. The moment we ask, “Is this actually true, or is this only the version I have kept repeating?” we create distance from it. That distance matters. It allows us to revise what we have mistaken for fate. We may not control every event in life, but we can challenge the stories through which those events continue to rule us.
