Innovative Mind#8: The blue sky of Rejection

Rejection makes our life better. We are defined by what we choose to reject. To gain something we have to be confined towards that thing leaving something unmarked. So, we must be honest and capable of rejecting anything that is not working and is not in alignment with ourselves.

The more option we get, the less satisfied we become with whatever we choose. Rejection improves our life in the case of being satisfied and fulfilled. Most importantly, rejection of things that doesn't align with our core values has become crucial for living a fulfilling life. If not.......? There is  no any option.

Innovative Mind#7: I was wrong about everything

I was always told that happiness is the end game. Every pains and suffering we face today will end. But as a matter of fact, it keeps enlarging. Later, I realized that these sufferings and heartbreaks weren't actually sufferings and heartbreaks; they were the rules of this game, they were the lesson to keep going.

I was always wrong about everything over and over again and that's why my life improves. I came to know that the greatest realization is we are always in the process of approaching perfect and happy without actually ever reaching that perfection and happy. Maybe it is because we are too much scared of end points as we fear that when we think we have conquered success or become happy, it will desert us. I was wrong about everything and now I'm accepting all my wrong perception and trying to become less wrong everyday.

Innovative Mind#6: Mistakes, Failures and solutions

Mistakes are constant in life. In fact, they can become some of life’s best lessons. They make us aware of our actions and show us where something went wrong, so that we can do better the next time.

Failures are part of the equation of life, but they are not the whole equation. They often reveal a mismatch between our process, our aim, and ourselves. Just because something is not working does not mean we are finished. It may simply mean that something needs to be rethought, adjusted, or rebuilt.

That is why failure should not always be treated as defeat. Sometimes it is feedback. Sometimes it is a sign that the approach, not the purpose, needs revision. We have to reverse-engineer the process, learn from what happened, and give it another honest try.

Solutions are not found in the avoidance of mistakes and failures. They are found in the acceptance and active acknowledgment of them. Everything worthwhile in life asks us to face difficulty, learn from it, and move through it with more clarity than before.

Innovative Mind#5: Our Struggle is Real

We all keep running, mile after mile, toward something, and often we cannot fully explain why.

We tell ourselves that we are chasing goals, pursuing dreams, and building a better life. That is true. But there is also something deeper in it. Part of the reason we keep moving is that stopping forces us to face too much at once. Motion gives us direction, but it also gives us escape.

Still, that does not make the struggle false. It makes it human.

We all want to live a meaningful, purposeful, creative, and successful life. That desire is real. The pressure we feel is real. The confusion we carry is real. Even when we cannot explain everything clearly, the struggle itself is still real.

The important thing is to become conscious of it. Once we do, we stop treating our struggle like a weakness or a private defect. We begin to see it as part of the human condition, and from there, we can carry it with more honesty and strength.

Plan All The Way To The End

"Look to the end, no matter what it is you are considering. Often enough god gives man a glimpse of happiness and utterly ruins him."

-The Histories, Herodotus, Fifth Century

Unhappy endings are much more common than happy ones, yet we are overwhelmed by the happy endings in our mind. If we have clear and far thinking, we will understand that the future is uncertain and we must be open to adaptation. Proper planning all the way to the end is necessary in order to get victory. Our plans doesn't work in most of the cases because they are too vague and open ended. When we are in the process of striking a massive success, we should not lose our head over a vague, open-ended dream but plan to the end.

The ending is everything. It is the end of the action that determines who gets the glory, the power or the success. Our conclusion must be crystal clear, and must be constantly alive in our mind. Planning all the way to the end makes us self-aware of every action we take and we are not trapped and captivated by any sorts of adversities and heartbreaks. When each of our plans get succeed we get motivated to act on our other plans and lo and behold we can finally grab our ultimate dream.

The biggest challenge in the process of achieving dream is to know when to stop. The solution to this challenge is by planning all the way to the conclusion. We should know when to stop while we are in the mission of achieving great success because the person who goes to far in his triumphs creates a reaction that inevitably leads to decline.  There is a simple reason why most people fall after massive success- they form no concrete idea of their goal, once they achieve victory they become hungry for more. That's a true disaster! To foresee future we should have a concrete plan all the way to the end of our goals.

When we see several steps ahead, and plan all our moves all the way to the end, we will no longer be tempted by the desire to improvise. Our clarity will rid us from the anxieties and uncertainties that are the primary reason why so many fail to conclude their actions successfully.

"Experience shows that, if one foresees from far away the designs to be undertaken, one can act with speed when the moment comes to execute them."

- Cardinal Richelieu (1585-1642)

Innovative Mind #4

Nelson Mandela is a particular case study in leadership world because he is universally regarded as a great leader. Depending on the nation various people have different opinion about leadership, but Mandela is regarded as great leader across the world. He was asked by the reporter how did he learned to be a great leader. He was actually the son of tribal chief. He responded that he used to go in a tribal meeting with his father and he remembers two things from those meetings:

  1. They used to sit in circle
  2. His father was always the last to speak.

Being last to speak is one of the crucial part of leadership world. This gives everybody else the feeling that they have contributed to the meetings or the project and you can hear other opinions before rendering your own.

Innovative Mind #3

"The best thing you can do for the world is to create the most of yourself."

Ever since I am aware of this I'm executing on self-discovery because self-discover is the key of stratospheric success. Here are some tips for successful business. But before that we should know that business is like a child, it takes time to grow. The reason most people fail to achieve success in business is simply that they fail to re-invest continually in the business.

Successful Business Steps: By Robert Kiyosaki

  1. Build a Business
  2. Invest in your Business
  3. Re-invest
  4. Invest in real estate
  5. Let your assets buy your Luxuries

It is not important to have a clear idea of your business; you just have to start and your result will show the way. It is all about experimentation; our actions are our experiments, the results are our data. Improving our data is the way we advance in this modern world. You should keep experimenting new procedures and new techniques But you should not give up. Building a successful business takes enormous amount of time and hard-work. (See Re-defining Success). You should have to be perfect; nobody is, but you should work because it is only the most controllable thing. In fact, at the end, the greatest realization is we are always in the process of approaching perfection without actually being perfect. This is how it works.

Affirmations for power and confidence

Thoughts create words, words are the vehicle of ideas that drive us towards any sorts of actions. The thought that we express through words can shape our life. It sounds ridiculous, but believe me or not it can really transform our life. Mind is actually the state of constant thinking. By thoughts and belief, the things are brought to us and by constantly affirming it we can receive it. That is why there is a saying, "No man gives to himself but himself and no man takes away from himself, but himself."

Here are some affirmation that can help to build power and enhance confidence:

  1. None of these things move me.
  2. The powerful and vital energy of cosmos is filling my mind, body and spirit.
  3. I take pride in my ability to make worthwhile contributions to the world.
  4. I stay out of my comfort zone with courage and confidence.
  5. I think big, I dream big and I'm getting big.
  6. I feel strong, confident excited and powerful.
  7. My courage is stronger than my fear.
  8. I have the power to create all the success and prosperity I desire.
  9. I believe every step I take will feed my destiny.
  10. I believe in myself and my ability to succeed.
  11. I trust my intuition and I'm guided to take wise decisions..
  12. I'm a success magnet.

These 12 affirmations can bring more power and confidence if affirmed daily with kindness and deep gratitude in sub-conscious.

Detachment Is Not Indifference

Detachment is often mistaken for emotional coldness or withdrawal. But indifference is apathy—detachment is clarity. Indifference says, “I don’t care.” Detachment says, “I care, but I am not owned by the outcome.” One disconnects from life; the other engages fully without being enslaved by it.

Attachment turns desire into dependency. When we attach, we silently declare: I need this to go my way in order to be at peace. That is where fear begins—fear of loss, rejection, failure, insignificance. The tighter the grip, the greater the anxiety. But detachment loosens the grip without abandoning the goal. You can strive for success without tying your identity to it. You can love someone without trying to control them. You can pursue wealth without worshiping it.

There is a Hindu saying: Detachment is not that you own nothing, but that nothing owns you. This is the distinction. Ownership is external; bondage is internal. You may possess things, roles, relationships, ambitions—but when your peace depends on them, they possess you. Detachment restores hierarchy: you act, you build, you love—but your center remains stable.

Detachment does not reduce passion—it refines it. It replaces desperation with discipline. When you are detached, you prepare fully, act deliberately, and accept outcomes without collapse. You do not lose ambition. You lose panic. And in losing p

Everything Popular is Wrong?

"Everything popular is wrong."

Oscar Wilde

The reality about life is it’s a single player game. We're born alone. We're going to die alone. All of our pains are alone, all of our memories are alone. Nobody cares about our problem. It’s all single player-game. And It’s all about mind game, which has one rule and one rule only and that is work. The thing that is guaranteed is our work ethic. We hear lots of advice from motivational gurus and society, colleagues and institutions and we employ those in our real life, but we still struggle for success, fulfillment and happiness. The reason behind that is all of them are wrong. "Everything popular is wrong." This quote has captivated me so deep that I have been applying this in my real life and career life, and I'm getting positive result

1.Billionaires and Millionaires:

It's popular that most of the billionaires are a college dropout. But the true thing is they weren't actually a college dropout. Their story and the fact show that they first took a semester off to invest in their dream and when they felt that they have been improving and again took another semester off and another and another till their dream became reality. So, don't believe the crowd instead get out of them.

2. Education is what gives you a successful life:

We often hear same responses from our society and teachers that we have to go to college complete a degree and get a good job to secure our future and live a successful and fulfilling life. We are just born in this world and people are like learn your nursery rhymes, learn your ABC's…, learn 123’s…, go to school, learn geography, learn history, learn science, learn periodic tables… Why? When are we ever going to use periodic table again? I still remember those days in my chemistry class learning periodic table which I haven’t used in my real life. But the simple things about life basic skills, we are not taught. So, how can we expect a fulfilling and successful life without even learning life’s basic skills.

3. Fallacy of motivation:

I don’t believe in ‘Motivation’ because we are captivated by the popular belief that our action is the effect of motivation. It’s not. In fact, it's all the way around. Action is the cause of motivation. Our concept of motivation is:

Inspiration            Motivation                Action (False Belief)

Real motivation does not come from external environment, it generates from inner self. First, we have to focus on the thing that is in our control and that is our ACTION. Each action should motivate us. If we fail, we got to learn from failure and make the next action with strong foundation. So, our action should not be because of motivation, instead our action should generate motivation for our next action. Hence, the real belief should be:

Action                      Inspiration                     Motivation             Action

This is how we advance in the world.

4. Happiness is the end game.

Most people pursue happiness because they think that is their end goals. But I believe we should not pursue happiness but instead we should concentrate on the things that truly matters and the result is- we start to create the lifestyle we actually love because we invested into the people and the things that actually matters and the by-product of that is happiness. Don't pursue happiness! Pursue a lifestyle where the by-product of that life style is happiness. So, happiness comes with a by-product. If you focus on happiness, you will end up getting unhappy.

.......And then you die:

What mark you wanna leave to the world? What would be your legacy? This is arguably the only truly important question in our life, yet we avoid it because, A. it's hard, B. we are afraid of failure, and C. we have no fucking clue what are we doing.

The solutions?

Start loving the game, accept the failure in fact love it with passion because battle scars are beautiful.
