Stick to your principles(IM#86)

Our principles are the rules we choose to live by. They guide our decisions, shape our behavior, and give structure to the way we move through life. Without them, it becomes easy to drift according to mood, pressure, or other people’s expectations.

Everyone has principles, whether clearly defined or not. Some are shaped consciously, while others are absorbed through habit and experience. They may develop and mature over time, but they usually remain connected to a deeper sense of purpose and character.

When we know our principles, decision-making becomes clearer. We waste less time in confusion because we are not choosing from endless options each time. We already know what aligns with us and what does not.

Sticking to our principles builds accountability, credibility, and self-respect. It helps us live with more consistency, and consistency is one of the foundations of a strong life.

The truth is 'reality' (IM#85)

"We are more often frightened than hurt; and we suffer more from imagination that from reality."

-Seneca

Reality is hard truth but the imagination is the ingredient that make us suffer all the time. The suffering from the imagination is so immensely impressed that we start to believe it as is it is surreal.

We become frightened from the imagination but the reality hurt us. But most often we are frightened than we are hurt because we're too much engaged in imagination.

So imagination is not the truth; it is just the state of mind. The truth is reality.

Information is not everything (IM#84)

Having a lot of information is nice but nothing can replace an actual experiences. Doing is everything.

Theory is nice. Having an information about most of the thing is good but without executing and becoming a practitioner, those information are of no real use.

We learn by doing not by assembling a lot of information about lots of things.

We're all fools (IM#83)

I came up with a quote this morning, by Ray Bradbury which goes, "We're all fools, all the time.  It's just we're a different kind each day. We think, I'm not a fool today. I've learned my lesson. I was a fool yesterday but not this morning. Then tomorrow we find out that, yes, we were a fool today too. I think the only way we can grow and get on in this world is to accept the fact we're not perfect and live accordingly.”

We always want to be perfect in all the things we do that's why we end up becoming depressed and broke because we won't be able to attain that level of perfection.

The greatest realization is that we're always in the process of approaching truth and perfection without actually ever reaching there.

The paradox of time (IM#82)

The paradox of our time is that we’ve more knowledge but less insight.

We’ve more experts, yet more problem.

We got more friends but less communications.

We got fancier house but broken homes.

We’ve more hospitals, yet less treatments.

We make profits but loose relationships.

We’ve more thoughts but less sense.

We’ve multiplied our strength but reduced our values.

We’ve cleaned our rooms but polluted our souls.

We read too little but speak too much.

We talk more but do less.

We plan more but accomplish less.

We make huge promises, yet fulfill too little.

We spend more but have less.

We’ve learned wining but still lack patience and persistence.

We’ve become big men but with small character.

We have extraordinary personality, yet common knowledge.

We argue we are happy, yet we struggle for sound sleep every night.

We’ve too much to show but less content to store.

We’ve added years to life but not life to years.

We’ve learned to survive but not to live.

We got life but no meaning…

It's opportunity that matters (IM#81)

Success is not only the combination of decisions and  efforts, breakthrough and hard works. It is a gift.

It is gift in the sense that success comes with opportunity. It comes to those who're given an opportunity and also ave the courage to grab it.

Hard work plays a significant role for sure, but it's not enough.

It's opportunity that matters....

We don't change (IM#80)

We insist our-self that we got to change and we also see lots of people being changed everyday.

But the irony?

We actually don't change. Our priority changes. Our principle doesn't change, but our action change because of the priority.

Our mindset changes but we, our inner SELF, is always the same and they are our core values, they are our principles. We always try our best to change because we wanted to, but somewhere along the way we fail.

We don't deserve change and we can't change. It is our priority that changes us. The driving force of change is not "US" but our "Priority."

When to start IM#79

There is no any perfect time to start the thing we are supposed to start. There is no proper time to initiate the process that we always dream initiating. There won't be.

If we wait for perfect time then it is almost sure that it won't be complete.

Instead we should start doing because doing is the answer. And that answer will follow and guide us towards our main objective.

Our ideal tomorrow (IM#78)

How does our ideal tomorrow look? Is it something we picture vividly every day and work toward? We must ask ourselves if we truly believe in living that wildest dream and what we have done to unfold that ideal future.

The execution required to make that tomorrow a reality must be done now. There is no perfect time for execution. We do not have the power to calibrate or configure a perfect moment, yet we can always experiment. Our ideal tomorrow will not unfold unless we start the work required to build it.

Even when we know we should work for it, we often hesitate because we are afraid of being imperfect. But imperfection is not the final result. It is simply the process. If we get trapped by the belief that we will be embarrassed by a failed action, we will never be able to give birth to our wildest tomorrow.

The path to progress is paved with these early, imperfect steps. By choosing to act despite our fears, we allow our future to take shape. Success is found in the willingness to start today.

Follow that snake (IM#77)

We often hear that life is a journey, but it is more than that. At times, it is like following a snake: uncomfortable, scary, dangerous, and thrilling.

We have to follow it carefully, because if we move too fast, it may strike. That is what happens in real life too. When we rush toward our work, we often damage it. This is where the law of patience comes in.

Following the snake may hurt us. It may bring threat and discomfort along the way. But we still have to follow it, because some paths do not open to force. They open only to care, patience, and the willingness to keep going.
