Preparation is everything (IM 517)

No matter how much skill or talent we possess, preparation remains the most crucial element of our work. It is the silent engine of the long game. Proper preparation does more than just organize our tasks; it enhances our confidence and significantly boosts our results.

For our work ethic to be effective, our preparation must be practical. This is not about abstract planning but about the deliberate strengthening of our knowledge, skills, and abilities. Without this foundation, the process stalls and little can be achieved. We must view preparation as the active phase of our execution, not a separate delay.

It even takes preparation to maintain what we have already built. We are far more likely to lose our previous achievements if we stop preparing for the next challenge. In this sense, preparation is everything. It is the discipline that allows us to keep our position in the arena while constantly evolving our craft. By staying prepared, we ensure that our endurance is backed by the structural integrity needed to win.

Filling the void (IM 516)

It means making ourselves busy with different things and projects so that there is no extra time to think about the things that is not in our control. This results in creating long lasting happiness and mindfulness.

Research shows that human brain manufacture millions of thoughts per day, but these thoughts get dominant only if we nurture them with our attention and time. The more we start to think the more we get stuck on that thoughts. The more we get stuck on the thoughts, the more we miss action. And action always beats inaction.

Filling the void in someway means action. When we initiate action, we have no time to think about the negative things that pulls us back. Action becomes like a sponge that sucks all the negativity from our brain and make us focused only on the things that really matters.

I'm always trying to fill my voids with some stuffs whether by doing research on new things or by initiating new projects or by making new habits and hobbies. But don't get me wrong, voids should be filled only with the positive things that brings positive outcomes and brings happiness.

Human thoughts(IM 515)

Human brain is the manufacturer of thoughts. These thoughts will have no meaning unless we give it a meaning.

Some of the thoughts are necessary but most of them are unnecessary.

We should not be blinded by the thoughts generated from ourselves. We got to be aware that the thoughts come and go depending on the situation.

When we start believing each and every thoughts manufactured by our brain, we get stuck on execution of the useless thoughts that has no real meaning to our life.

Fix the small things (IM 514)

We all encounter problems along the way but what matters is how we deal with it and fix it. It's obvious that most people try to fix big problem. They can only envision big problem while the big problem is the collection of many small problems.

It needs a scrutinize observation so that the small problem can be identified and can be proceed forward to fix it.  Fixing the small problem will provide joint effort to solve the large problem as a whole. And most importantly, you won't get hopeless while fixing it because it's just a small one.

Leap Year (IM 513)

It's an extra day that occurs once in every four year.

It's bonus day...

Make it something special by executing overtime (an overday actually).

PS: Happy Leap Year

Two alternatives... (IM 512)

When you give your best but still something seems to be missing and you will fail again. Under this condition it is obvious to become hopeless. But what to do when this happens?

There are two alternatives...

First, is to embrace the failure and give up on your work and choose the safest and easiest path that is to accept you as a mediocrity.

Other is to embrace the growth mindset and keep transforming yourself and your mindset that is to keep pushing yourself forward.

The former won't give you the positive outcome but the latter certainly does. So, choose the latter when you encounter this situation like I'm choosing during the Imind's journey.

Who we are dictates what we see (IM 511)

Our inner nature controls our external sight. A person with a helping mind sees everything as an act of service and a person with an entrepreneurial mindsets sees everything as a step of innovating something new.

This is the reason why we take and reason everything according to our own perspective. A physics professor answers every life question in relation to physics and quantum. Our inner nature reflects our external appearance and the decision making abilities. Our inner nature reveals our sense of empathy and love. Our inner nature reflects our skills, abilities and vision. Above all, our inner nature reflects, who we’re, what we see; it reveals our future.

We are our mirror (IM 510)

What we do everyday becomes a habit and we are the reflection of what we do everyday.

Based on your past experiences we make assumptions and conclusions on many things including our ourselves and our potentials.

The way we talk to others or to ourselves reveals our character. The way we deal with different situations shows our strength and weakness. Every step we take is the reflection of our character, our mindset, our loopholes, our worth and ourselves as a whole.

So before taking any action we got to realize and ask ourselves what does this mean to me? Does this mean something more? Is it really that important? Why is this happening? What is the best approach to deal with this situation?

The crucial "R's" (IM 509)

When it comes to run and establish a successful and sustainable  organization, there are three important "R's" that should never be forgotten. These three "R" determines the future of that organization and they are:

1.Requirement: The list of priorities that is required to meet the vision is the requirement.

2. Return: The return we get from the execution of those priorities should be measured. It can be the increase in profit, customers or even the failures from which the lesson can be learned.

3. Reward: Along with the return, which of our actions reward us the most should be the one that should be kept repeating and brought into action. Which action meets our passion and the vision should be figured out before we go for it.

All these three ‘R’s: Requirement, Return and Reward work as foundation for not only a successful organization but as a successful individual as well.

Reading the trend (IM 508)

The ability to know what’s happening at the moment and analyzing them to take an action means reading the trend.

It makes us able to step back from the disaster that can happen in future.

Reading the trend plays a crucial role to avoid the massive failure in personal life and business and a huge destruction in investments.

Reading the trend allow us to see not only where the market is but also where does it goes and what’s the people need. It’s as if smelling the change in wind.
