The notion is not a fact (IM#283)

That notion that you have of something or somebody is not a fact.

The idea you have in your mind is just your idea, not a fact. And your feeling is also not true to the outer world; it's just your feeling.

The word "notion" is just an exaggeration when it comes to explaining to real world.

Are all human created equal? (IM#282)

According to science of biology, people were not created , they have evolved. And they didn't evolve to be equal because evolution is based on differences not on equality.

So, humans are not created equal, they have evolved differently...

The fact that human beings are created equal is just the myth that we created and it exists only in the fertile imagination of our brain.

It's hard to believe, yet it is the truth.

Weekly goal for trading (IM#281)

I decided to make a weekly goal for trading which goes as below:

Select 2-3 stocks for the entire week and trade those by studying the patterns (Only quality stocks).
Buy 1-2 options below $35 (target price) and sell those within 2-3 days.
Don't buy unfamiliar and unstudied options.
Don't keep options for more than 3 days.
Be consistent.
Discipline is crucial.

Planning the trade (IM#280)

It is very important to plan: when to buy and when to sell your trade. When the stock goes up, most of us expect it to go more up and hold on it before they sell. This is very risky and unhealthy as we don't have our goal in this case

So we must make prior plan of when to sell before we buy the stock or options. This has happened to me more often as I always expect to gain more. This has more downside than upside.

We got to think about it before we trade because it's worth it..

What story are you trying to tell? (IM#279)

We cannot control the circumstances of our birth, and we cannot control every condition life places in front of us. But we can control the decisions we make within those conditions. And over time, those decisions become actions, those actions become patterns, and those patterns become the story of our life.

Most people think of their story only in big moments—major success, visible failure, dramatic change. But a life is not shaped only by rare turning points. It is shaped by daily choices: what we tolerate, what we pursue, what we avoid, what we repeat, and what we stand for when no one is watching. The smallest decisions often say the most about the kind of story we are writing.

That is why it is worth asking ourselves what direction our life is actually taking. Are we building a story of courage or avoidance? Discipline or excuse? Integrity or performance? Growth or repetition? Whether we realize it or not, every day adds another line to the record. Our choices are never isolated. They accumulate.

So what story are you trying to tell to the next generation—and to yourself? Because in the end, a meaningful life is not written in intention alone. It is written in decisions lived consistently enough to become character.

Re-construction (IM#278)

Sometimes it is us who have to motivate ourselves. This is the battle with ourselves and we should fix it.

Things can really be messed up and go against us. But without losing hope and with the help of faith, we can re-construct everything.

The luxury trap (IM#277)

The 21st century luxury trap is so critical that for the sake of "so called" luxury we give up everything at the cost of luxury itself.  Yuval Noah Harari quotes, " One of history’s few iron laws is that luxuries tend to become necessities and to spawn new obligations.”

If we look at our  living style and our desire of living high standard life, we are being trapped by luxuries every single day.

That standard of living might include vacations to certain destinations with the people we love and access to food, clothes, bars, and brands of high quality. But at what cost?

To pay for your vacation, you might need to work more hours each week. To pay your restaurants and bar bills, you might have to go into credit card debt. To buy the famous brand, you might have to go through stress.

Overall, to get the luxury you desire, you might have to reduce luxury every single day.

Everything is a fiction (IM#275)

According to Yuval Noah Harari the unique nature of human being is to create fiction which has seperated us from other genus "homo". Due to this we have surpassed Neanderthal man (our closest ancestors)

Everything we do today is just the fiction that we created long ago.

For example, any corporations, or organization doesn't really exist on earth, it is just the fiction we have created. It exist only in the law suit (or in papers), which is also created by human.

Everything is a fiction.

Convince yourself (IM#274)

The difficulty does not lie in telling the story but in convincing other people to believe it. More than that it is difficult to convince ourselves.

Our story should convince ourselves. It should inspire us before inspiring others.
