Things to admire..(IM 363)

There are many things people admire in the world—wealth, beauty, influence, status, and recognition. But most of these are external. They can attract attention, yet they do not always reveal depth, strength, or character. What is admired on the surface is not always what is most valuable in a human being.

The qualities most worth admiring are often quieter. They do not always make noise, but they shape a life from within:

Compassion.
Empathy.
Sympathy.
Kindness.
Gratitude.
Patience.
Persistence.
Humility.
Self-awareness.
Optimism.
Execution.

These are the qualities that make a person strong in a lasting way. Compassion and empathy make us more human. Gratitude and patience bring steadiness. Persistence and execution turn intention into reality. Humility and self-awareness protect us from arrogance and blindness. Optimism gives courage to continue when life becomes difficult.

What we admire matters because admiration shapes direction. If we admire only appearance, success, or power, we may end up chasing things that do not deepen us. But if we admire character, discipline, and inner strength, we begin to value what actually sustains a meaningful life.

So it is worth asking what kind of qualities deserve our respect. Not merely what looks impressive for a moment, but what remains valuable over time. In the end, the things we admire most often reveal the kind of person we are slowly becoming.

Extra work (IM 362)

It's you who have to do extra work. You can't expect other to do all the work that needs to be done.

If you want the best work, you got to start first. You should be the person who is responsible, so it's you who should do the most work. Being a business owner, it's your job to extra work not your employees.

There arises a problem if you deny this fact.

Organize a team.

Strengthen it.

Raise your standards.

Make it better.

Think outside the box.

Rome wasn't built in a day (IM 360)

Every valuable accomplishment takes time. Nothing worthwhile comes by the blink of an eye. It needs patience, hard work, perseverance and dedication.

Rome wasn't built in a day; it took years. And so is our future. Every meaningful work will take time

The true purpose (IM 359)

Eckhart Tolle in his book "A New Earth" said there are two purpose in an individual's life: Inner purpose and the Outer purpose.

Inner purpose means 'being' and is primary while the outer purpose means 'doing' and is secondary. The inner purpose is the purpose of humanity and and most of us share it. The outer purpose is our expectations or aims and changes over time and people.

The outer purpose is the future thing while the inner purpose is the present moment happening right now.

Finding and living in an alignment with the inner purpose is the foundation for fulfilling our outer purpose - it's the basis of true success.

The conflict in personality (IM 358)

We tend to be attracted by other people's personality and we pretend to become one.

Doing this might hurt our own self-respect and self-value. And sometimes we get confused while dealing with situations because of this personality conflict.

We should sort it out before we get any trouble because of it. It's worth it..

Our enemy(IM 357)

The greatest enemy we face in our life is none other than ourselves.

It is us who prevent us from doing the things we really want to do because of fear or whatever it might be.

It is us who always focus on short-term happiness in expense of long term fulfillment.

So, we're our greatest enemy whether we agree it or not. We must focus on making ourselves a friend to ourselves.

Problem vs your size (IM 356)

Bigger problem means we are becoming smaller.

Whenever we encounter big problems it's because we have made ourselves small. So, it is the signal to build ourselves high.

Problems depends on our size (our cranial size). We can improve our size do decrease the problem we encounter everyday.

Uncomfortable (IM 355)

Growth is natural and so is un-comfort.

The only time we are growing is when we are uncomfortable.

We are the creatures of habit. So, we need to practice acting in spite of fear, doubt, worry and un-comfort This is the step towards growth.

Don't (IM 354)

Don't let pain stand in the way of your success and happiness.

Don't worry about looking good- worry instead about achieving your goals.

Don't confuse what you wish were true with what is actually true.

Don't focus on short-term instead go for long run.
