Fortune favors the brave (IM#59)

Fortune comes to those who are willing to take risk. It always favors the brave.

You're scared to to start a new company but keep in mind, you won't start new company if you are not brave enough to start one.

Courageous actions are always rewarded. This pushes us to do the things that scares us. Step up from your comfort zone and start to execute on your dream because fortune favors the bold.

Advancing mind Vs Competitive mind (IM#58)

An advancing mind is expandable. People with this kind of mind are always open to learning more. It focuses on one’s own actions. It does not settle too early or become satisfied with small results. Every result becomes a lesson for the next step.

A competitive mind, on the other hand, depends too much on the actions of others. This kind of mind is more concerned with comparison than growth. It often believes itself to be smart without doing the work required to become better. A competitive mind gives rise to jealousy and hatred.

Those with an advancing mind aspire to learn more, do more, and give more.

Those with a competitive mind, by contrast, become too concerned with their own talent, resist learning, expect more, and give less.

Do not fall into the trap of the competitive mind, because it keeps us detached from truly living an advancing life.

Happiness and problem (IM#57)

Happiness is what we all  are chasing for.

On the other hand, problem is what we all are running away from.

But the tragedy is happiness comes by solving problem. We all are chasing for a thing avoiding the source of it.

If we have some problem and we solve it, this is what makes us happy; avoiding it  leaves us with more problems unsolved. Happiness depends upon the number of problem solved.

Embrace the struggle should be our motto of living....

But the question is why're we still avoiding problems even though it is making us more vulnerable?

Everything is cultivable (IM#56)

Human talents are not craved in the stone, they can be cultivated. Most of us quit our startups, our job and even relationships, feeling that we are not worthy for it.

But the truth is we weren't worthy of anything unless we tried to be. Everything can be cultivated. Every human qualities from love and emotions to grit and perseverance can be cultivated.

Being positive is wrong? (IM#55)

We hear too often to be positive about everything we encounter. "Be Positive!" Affirm you're great so that you become one. Feel confident so that you become confident. Force yourself to be happy so that you can be happy.

Do they really work?

According to my understanding and experience, they all are bullshit. Being positive is wrong....

For the sake of being optimistic we're being too optimistic by ignoring the real situations and true "self". This is making our "self" unhappy all the time.

When we force our-self to be positive all the time we deny the real existence of the problem, we deny to cope with it, we ignore the failure. And ignoring the failure is  massive failure because we're supposed to learn from it  not to ignore it.

Does this mean being positive is wrong?

Step by step....(IM#54)

......Step by step we increase our performance

Step by step we rise strong on our patience

Step by step we increase our focus

Step by step we find purpose in life

We leap two step and fall back one. We set back, we think, we work, we plan always to move forward.

And step by step we succeed....

Entitlement is the failed strategy (IM#53)

We're told that we should have a high self-esteem. We must have positive thoughts and positive attitude about oneself. We're told that every single one of us are exceptional and and are born with true talents. If that is true then why we're still lacking happiness? Why we still struggle for success?

The hard reality is none of us are exceptional neither we are born to achieve massive success until and unless we put insane amount of work and invest on it. None of us are liked by others unless we help them. None of can truly feel good about themselves unless they have good in them. None of us deserve good things but good things come to those who invest insane amount of time at work.

Entitlement is a failed strategy. There is no positive output of feeling good about oneself without having the good reason of feeling good. The facade impression of oneself, we keep to protect our superiority, is none other than our jealousy and that will eat us alive.  It blinds us from the true capability and also insulates us from the magic of humbleness.

None of us deserve extra-ordinary things neither we are born with it, we all have the same approach. We do not benefit from the entitlement and it's never ending but we can work to be less entitled because it's worth it.

Comparing With Past You (IM#52)

We aspire to become the greatest personality not realizing we've left our-self far behind. We compare our house with others, cars with our friends, girl-friends and boy-friends with others. This is giving birth to envy, jealousy, unhappiness and unfulfillment.

Looking at other's happy face in Facebook, the travel stories of Bora-Bora in Instagram, and success tweets in Twitter and meanwhile you're still flushing your own toilet make you feel like you're a dumb-ass, your life suck.

Well, then you must consider something. Happiness is not found outside, its inner peace. Success is not having bigger house than others, beautiful cars than others nor having sexy girl-friends than others, it is becoming the better version of yourself than you're yesterday.

Everything is about comparing yourself with your past. In-spite of the fear i n your heart, remember that scariest move that you took yesterday that made you stand here right now. Be grateful for that.

You're becoming better version everyday....

Don't Sell Yourself Short. (IM#51)

Thoughts are so intense that it might make you or break you. Big dreams die before it is born and executed by the thinking process. On the other hand, it is also lived by the faith on the obsessive thoughts.

We think ourselves so small by looking at the present conditions. We sell ourselves too short looking at the struggles we are facing today.

What is it that makes you small and weak? What is it that makes you quit your dream job? What is it that makes your heart shrink? What is it that makes you unhappy?

The answer to all these important questions is so simple yet tragic and powerful. Its YOU. It is your thoughts about yourself. Its your lack of self-esteem. Somebody said it so beautifully- To win a war you must win many many battles. But, in this battle of living the wildest dream, living the life of passion, the greatest enemy is not your enemy but yourself who always holds you back.

Don't sell yourself short, whatever you have accomplished till this date is just the shadow of what you truly can. You are always more than you think you are.....

Doing Is The Direction. (IM#50)

We see lots of people these days who decide before they try. Maybe because they don't see any future there or maybe they think that is not going to work out for them.

But here is the thing, how did you know that the thing you're dreaming of is not good without even trying? You didn't know those skittles were the best without tasting it. You didn't know you love to be thrilled unless you do some sorts of adventurous activities and you've no clue about those hot-dogs until and unless you try it.

The point here is trying things out is what gives us the direction. This is what that pumps us and make us move forward. Yes, of course we gonna have to deal with failure and rejections. And indeed failure sucks, rejection hurts but we can't stop doing and trying things out because this is what that keeps us going.

Life is talent and work ethics, nothing less nothing more. And doing is what gives us the direction.....
