While choosing a team member, what matters most is honesty, integrity, accountability, and mindset as a whole. Choosing a team based only on smartness might hurt you in the end.

It is a difficult thing because you can measure smartness and talent through academic records, but honesty, integrity, accountability, and mindset are intrinsic factors. There is no simple metric to measure them.

So, it is a very important factor to consider, because it is worth it.
