We want advanced technology, advanced environment, and very sophisticated products in our life not realizing that it has negative impacts in most of the cases.

We all choose for fancy items and products. It's a human nature. We think we are progressing with new and advanced technology. But we're not. Actually it's the opposite.

We avoid simple thing, simple products, and user friendly technology. We avoid simplicity, while the genius in everything lies in simplicity. It shouldn't be underrated. It should be the first and foremost choice of everyone of us. It doesn't shrink human race backward instead it's assisting and elevating human race forward.

Stop and think about this for a moment..

What do the right people want more than almost anything else? They want to be in the winning team or be the part of the winning team. The want to contribute to producing great results. They want to feel the excitement of being involved in something that is evolving.

When they right people see this, they get attracted to it because of their willingness to contribute and dedicate their time to something great. No matter whether it be an individual or organization or business empire, it works.

So, it's important to be focused of the small step rather than a big miracle. A small step can bring a massive breakthrough. It has happened to every great organizations.

They say it's a bubble. It comes and goes. It happened with the railroads. It happened with the electricity. It happened with the radio. It happened with the computers. It happened with the internet (Tech bubble of late 90s). And yet it will happen again with another unforeseen new technology.

So, the technology is never the primary cause of either greatness or decline. US lost Vietnam war even though they were well equipped with advanced technology.

No technology can create a culture of discipline. No technology can create a driving force for any organization or a company. No technology can turn the wrong people to the right people (and even companies and organizations).

A technology can only act as an essential driver in accelerating forward momentum of any individual (or organization/company).

Don't fall in the trap of technology, it's just a bubble and is dynamic...

As a new year unfolds, most of us make different and many wishes. Wishes will never come true unless we execute on it.

Execution is the key...

Wishes are just the guide book. You got to use the keys to unlock the door.

For 2020, I give up all the wishes and become a true executor, an experimenter.
