The perfect square (IM 477)

Health, Wealth, Love and perfect Self-expression complete the square of life. All these element bring a perfect happiness in us.

Self-expression is the art of expressing our inner ‘us’. This has a key role in bringing perfect happiness.

Somebody said,” No man gives to himself, but himself and no man takes away from himself, but himself.” Hence, it is up to us the result depends upon. The square is complete with all of these four element which play a vital role in making our life a divine design.

Easy and Simple (IM 476)

There is a difference between easy and simple. All problems are not easy but you can take it and solve it with simplicity.

Easy or difficult is a situation. They are inevitable. We can't deny or avoid it just like we can't deny the fact.

But simplicity is a choice. Its our choice to solve any problem in a simple way as possible.

Do your stuff (IM 475)

We hear a lot of thing that are against our vision and goals. We often hear that our ideas are used by others in mid way. And we feel incomplete and hopeless in most of the cases.

But what I want to emphasize is that if we keep doing our stuff and continue doing our work, the result will show the direction and we might reach to next level of success. There is always a better solution as a saying goes," Everything happens for our own good."

It takes courage...(IM 474)

It takes real courage to address our weakness in front of public. It takes even more courage to accept that weakness ourselves. Until and unless we accept that weakness, we can't build our strength.

When we try to cover up our weakness, there is something deep inside of us that always makes us feel weak. In fact, our weakness doesn't make us weak, what makes us weak is the facade impression we make by covering up our weakness.

It takes real courage to overcome it, and it's possible. Most people do it everyday.

Three treasures of life (IM 473)

According to the book Tao Te Ching, written by Lao Tzu in 4th century BC," there are three treasures of our life which are:

Simplicity: Always see simplicity in everything. It is the ultimate sophistication.
Patience: Practice patience.
Compassion: Develop compassion for everything you do.

Those who practice these three treasures they can master their self and reach to ultimate fulfillment.

Short-term vs Long-term (IM 472)

It's easier to see short-term things but it needs a good vision to see long-term things. Short-term aspects are clear while long-term aspects are often hazy and blurry.

Most of us aim for short-term things while missing and ignoring it for the long-term run, which is why most of us struggle. Short-term things doesn't last long living us deserted and unfulfilled.

When our phone uses us (IM 471)

It is hired by us to accomplish certain task like to fill the voids, to connect to the people, to get entertained or to prove that we're the part of this innovative world.

But most of the time, our phone works for corporations, massive acquaintances and large social networks. They have hired it to put us to the work for their benefits. We think phones are the product and we are the customers. It's actually opposite. We're not the customer, we're the product.

Our attention and addiction towards it is getting sold, and not for our interest but for theirs.

When our phone grabs our attention to fill the inadequacy, to consume and to surrender our time, is it working?

Our needs (IM 470)

It is basically the moving force for human beings. Tony Robbins divided human needs into 6 categories:

Certainty/comfort: It is the need to feel in control of that is coming next, so that we can feel secure. It’s the need to avoid pains and stress.
Uncertainty/variety: It is the need for surprises and variety of gifts and amusements.
Significance: It is the need to feel important, special and unique.
Love an connections: need to be loved and to love.
Growth: It is the need to experience new things ; it’s need of adventure and growth.

All these needs vary of different based on their personality and the environment.

The problem is within us (IM 469)

We are not born believing most of what we later defend. Our environment teaches us what to admire, what to fear, and what kind of life to pursue. Over time, those ideas become so familiar that we stop seeing them as influences and start treating them as truth.

Because of that, when life feels difficult, it becomes easy to blame circumstances, society, other people, or bad luck. Some external obstacles are real. But many of the limits that hold us back are internal—our perception, our beliefs, and the story we keep repeating about what is possible for us.

The problem is often within us in the form of self-defeating assumptions. We tell ourselves it is too late, that others have something we do not, or that our past has already decided our future. These beliefs feel protective, but they quietly weaken action. The moment we believe we are powerless, we stop testing what is still possible.

Recognizing that the problem is within us is not self-punishment. It is leverage. Once the obstacle becomes internal, it also becomes something we can work on. And that is where change begins.

A history...(IM 468)

A history is important not know or predict the future but to widen the horizon. It is in order to understand that there are many possibilities before us than we imagine.

A history does not go always in the favor of humans. All the histories are so because there were no other choices.
