Principle’s lesson (IM 807)

The greatest gift one can give someone is the power to be successful. Giving people the opportunity to struggle rather than giving them things they are struggling for will make them more stronger. This may sound ridiculous, but it's true... Pointing out someone's mistake and weaknesses, which help them correct the mistakes and improve their weaknesses is hard and less appreciated, but it's much more valuable in long run. But don't get me wrong, it should be done only to someone, who are our closest and who we care about. Because it works that way in reality.
