Extra work (IM 362)

It's you who have to do extra work. You can't expect other to do all the work that needs to be done. If you want the best work, you got to start first. You should be the person who is responsible, so it's you who should do the most work. Being a business owner, it's your job to extra work not your employees. There arises a problem if you deny this fact.
