Choosing a team members (IM 342)

While choosing a team member, what matters the most is honesty, integrity, accountability, and their mindset as a whole. Choosing team based on the smartness might hurt you in the head. It's is the most difficult thing because you can measure their smartness and talent from the academic report, but honesty, integrity, accountability and their mindsets are the intrinsic factor. There is no any metric to measure them. So, it's very important factor to consider because it's worth it.
