What’s missing? (IM#165)
Everything can be planned. Core values can be defined, and principles can be built on a solid foundation. The path may look clear on paper, structured and ready. Yet execution can still remain out of reach.
Determination may be present. The readiness to face the challenges of real action may be strong. But when it comes time to execute, the momentum can disappear, leaving only questions.
Something often stands between intention and action — a barrier that isn’t always easy to name. Is it fear? Is it the sense that time is never enough? Is it resistance to learning what is unfamiliar?
Whatever that barrier may be, it must be recognized and dismantled. Dreams remain still until action begins, and no plan, value, or principle can replace the courage required to take the first step.
