Setting the system (IM#148)

System is the set of actions, things, plans, ideas and information that is set to do in a certain way.

It's important to set the system in our life and business. An organization without system is just like a human with broken backbone, its doesn't last long.

A system might include the core values, purpose, art of dealing with people or the costumers and way of making decisions. It ranges from mission to color code of the employees in the business.

Setting the system is crucial as it determines the future of our organization and even ourselves.
