The Sameness
We suffer more from sameness, from the inability to think of doing things differently, than from breaking the societal norms and expectations.
That professional burnout is because of the monotonous work and inability to think for the change, leading to dissatisfaction and a lack of purpose. That hindrance to personal growth is because of sticking to the same routines, hobbies, or beliefs trapping ourselves to a comfort zone.
We often adhere to the existing paradigm because we resist innovation or new approaches, often because of comfort, fear of failure, or societal conditioning.
This traps us in cycle and limits our potential.
Before it's too late, we have to take that leap towards the next challenge, destroy the old routines, make a new hobbies, take a risk, and challenge the status quo.
