In "The Secret", she highlighted three steps:

Ask, Believe and Receive...

Asking the universe what we want is the way to get clear about what we want.

Believing is acting, speaking and thinking as though we have already received what we have asked for.

Finally, receiving involves feeling the way we feel once our desire has been manifested.
