Competition and Advancement (IM 894)

Advancing mind is stretchable and those with this kind of mind are always open for learning more and more. It focuses on own actions. They never settle for anything or at any moment. Each result of their action is a lesson for the next.

Competitive mind, on the other hand, depends on other’s action and this kind of mind thinks them-self as smart even if they aren’t capable of it. Competitive mind is what spreads jealousy and hatred.

One with advancing mind are those who aspire to learn more, do more and give more.

On the other side, one with competitive mind are those who are concerned with their own talent, refuse learning, expect more and give less.

Don’t fall in the trap of competitive mind because it keeps us detached from truly living the advancing life.
