Return to Center

There are seasons when life feels aligned, and there are seasons when everything feels scattered. Both are normal.

Marcus Aurelius wrote, “You have power over your mind—not outside events.” Returning to center begins there. You do not fix the world first. You fix your posture toward it.

Sometimes we get pulled into comparison. Sometimes we overwork. Sometimes we postpone living. Sometimes we forget to appreciate how far we have come. As Epictetus reminded, “Make the best use of what is in your power, and take the rest as it happens.”

The goal is not to eliminate imbalance completely. The goal is to recognize it sooner.

Return to your priorities.
Return to your values.
Return to your breath.
Return to your pace.

Peace is not built once. It is rebuilt often.

Balance is not found. It is returned to.
