The four-step process (IM 816)

I've learned a four step process to solve any problem we encounter. It might not be the ideal solution for everyone but it breaks down the problem and makes it look simple. Here is the simple four step:

1. List the problem
2. Identify the root cause
3. Plan
4. Execute the plan
