Core values (IM 695)

Core value is the blueprint that an individual or any organization believe and follow. It’s reflected in their all works and projects. Defining core values is important because it gives us the direction and motivates us for future works. It creates the sense of belonging to the employees and also to the customers who use your products. So, defining core values should be the first thing to do before establishing any companies or organization. Here are my five core values:

1. Embrace and drive change.
2. Be adventurous, creative and open minded.
3. Do more with less
4. Pursue growth and learning
5. Be humble and determined
