While choosing a team member, what matters the most is honesty, integrity, accountability, and their mindset as a whole. Choosing team based on the smartness might hurt you. It’s is the most difficult thing to choose the right team because you can measure the smartness and talent from the academic report, but honesty, integrity, accountability and their mindsets are the intrinsic factor. There is no any metric to measure them. Most importantly, talent and intelligence can be learned and everyone can learn it (if they are determined), but honesty, integrity and sincerity, not everyone can learn it. One has to born with it or has to courage to make it their purpose. So, it’s very important to consider these factor.
