It takes effort to rise up from any crisis. It takes effort to acknowledge the past and focus on the future. It takes real effort to stop dwelling on negative perspective and always embrace the positivity. It takes effort to to create imagination a reality. It takes effort to add a thing to your to-do list and accomplish it. It takes effort to create a new habit, follow it, live by it. It too takes effort to remove your bad habit. It takes effort to add meaning to your life. Everything takes effort. There is no any alternative.
