Should you work for free?(IM 462)

It depends on your work and your will. Work is what you do professional by showing up on assigned time not necessarily because you like it. It's not your hobby. It might not be your passion. It's place where you put your effort for others (in most cases). It's a place where you wait for a break and a holiday. Work is not free. You get paid at the specific time for the time you spent on the work. Giving your ideas to someone, for free, who can spread it for positive influence worth it. It can be the platform to learn more and build connections. Writing a blog in  Medium or Huffington Post for free might worth it. The more generous you are with your ideas, and the more they spread, the more likely it is your perceived value goes up. So keep going... But it's all up to you...
