The spider strategy (IM 365)

Spider strategy is applying the spider concept of building its web in our real life whether it be solving problems in life or business. Spider starts by making a small web in circle and then expands it to larger web. In the same way, we can apply this strategy in our life and work place. First, make a prototype, test it, solve problem or flaws if we encounter any, and then expand it to next version. This strategy is the spider strategy and it works.
