Sticking to your habits (IM#351)
Sticking to a habit every single day can feel incredibly tedious. This is the "boring" part of the process that no one talks about. The challenge is that results rarely show up right away, and this lack of immediate feedback is exactly why most people become disappointed and quit just before the breakthrough.
In the beginning, you are in the "Valley of Disappointment." You are putting in the effort, but the curve of results stays flat. However, you aren't wasting your breath; you are storing potential. Sticking to a habit is a long-term investment that compounds silently.
It might not seem fruitful today, but there is a massive shift waiting for you further down the road. This is where your daily agenda becomes your greatest defense. When you trust the Law of Process, you understand that the "tedious" work is actually the foundation of something big.
Just be patient. Stick to the system. The reward isn't missing; it's just gathering momentum.
