Execution is essential. (IM 347)

Ideas are like flames of fire. It flames high when we execute on it and it goes away when we don't execute. Ideas come and go. It will remain an idea unless we execute on it. Tactics and strategy all are great but nothing surpasses execution: the real work. So, execution is essential; it keeps us alive.
