Setting rules and executing them (IM 327)

Setting rules takes a lot of planing and analysis. It takes a some work. We even have to suffer from something devastating to come up with the idea of following the rules. And then we make the rules. What is more difficult is executing it... We might be able to make the rules/principles that we've to follow to make upside, but something comes along the way and we don't. We become overwhelmed by the situation. Setting rules might sound good but nothing surpasses execution.
