Problem and the cause of problem (IM 321)

Don't confuse the cause of problem with real problem. A company going out of business is not a problem; it is the cause or probably the result of the problem. The real problem might be not offering proper service to client or not having the great products or it might be something else. So figuring out the real problem and the cause of problem is important, but what is more important is not confusing one for another.
