How it works? (IM#316)

According to Ray Dalio - personal evolutionary process occurs in 5 steps. Goals Problems Diagnosis Design and Doing First, we go to pick our goals This will determine our direction. Then we encounter problems. This problem is the seed of lessons that we need to learn from. So to do that, we have to diagnose the problem, and design a plan to solve it. Finally, after diagnosing and designing the plan to solve the problems arising from our journey comes the doing part which is crucial. This gives us the result which will show our way.
