Truth behind introverts and extroverts(IM#232)

They say there are two different kind of persons: introverts and extroverts. But in reality, every person has got both characteristics. It is just like the phase of human development. Every person is introvert and extrovert depending on the phase they are at. Introverts are the extroverts who are in learning and personal development phase. While this may not apply to everyone, but majority holds this truth. Introverts are those who prepare themselves really strong before they act in the real world. The same person when goes into action phase is an extrovert. So the reality? Introvert and extrovert is not the person, it is the phase; just like caterpillar and adult butterfly in its life cycle.
