Navigating the future (IM#166)

Navigating our future is worth doing it because it makes us capable of minimizing the obstacles and rationalizing the challenges. Navigating the future means controlling the direction of the future. It means having the vision for the destination. Those who navigate the future understand what it will take to get to their dreams. They recognize the problems and the obstacles long before they encounter them, and they become prepared to it. It is crucial know the power of navigation because it’s the thing that determine us and our organization’s success or failure. It also teaches us to balance the optimism and realism, faith and results, and planning and intuitions. A navigator is the one who sees the future long before they encounter it, and can plan accordingly.
