A sign of mature organization (IM#128)

A mature organization is started completely different than all the rest. It is formed with broader perspective, unlimited will-power and a more intelligent point of view.

A mature organization starts by developing their core values and make their every decision based on it. The present action of these mature organizations is shaped by their vision.

They don't get mature at times, rather they start as mature. They start by acting like the one they want to see their organization in near future. They start from the end. This is what that makes them great.

The companies like Mc. Donald's, Federal Express, IBM and Disney didn't end up as a mature companies rather they started out that way. The people who started them had a totally different perspectives about their business and their role in their business.

Same applies for any other non-profitable organizations as well. To build a successful organization they should start and act mature.
