We don’t get paid for time (IM#111)

In reality, we don't get paid for time. We're get paid for building and creating value. If we're get paid for time then it's always short-term. In a long run, those who create value are get paid.

But here is the thing, it takes time for creating value. Most of all, we are not get paid for that time, we get paid for value.

So the important question that arise is - How to become more valuable?

The answer is simple yet requires lots of work. We got to:

learn to work harder on ourselves than on our jobs.

stop wishing for thing to get easier and start wishing ourselves to be better.

become more to get more.
