Embracing change(IM#91)

It was Darwin who said, "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change."

This applies to every sectors of our life whether it's an individual or a company which is in its inception. If we're not willing to embrace and drive change, we'll have no other option but be extinct.

We must learn not to fear change but to embrace it enthusiastically and be adaptable with it. Nobody grows without changing. Even an insect undergo metamorphosis to become an adult.

Every human or a company must embrace change to become a alive for long run.
