When to start IM#79

There is no any perfect time to start the thing we are supposed to start. There is no proper time to initiate the process that we always dream initiating. There won't be.

If we wait for perfect time then it is almost sure that it won't be complete.

Instead we should start doing because doing is the answer. And that answer will follow and guide us towards our main objective.
